I started seeing Erin in 2021 then she left and in 2022 this place went crazy I saw mike he retired…read moreafter 3 month then Haley came and in 2 months she moved then Wendi came and in 3 months she was gone then at the end 2022 max came said he wasn't leaving well that apparently was a lie! And if you see the diabetic side like my mom did she had Rachel and Jessica now both of them are gone. Needless to say my mom hasn't been rescheduled for a diabetic appointment and they haven't even called her to let her know that jessica has left and is been over 3 months that I know of. Then the other day my mom received a letter in the mail stating she had been dropped by primary care because they no longer offer it!!! I am a patient too and haven't received any letter and yes I live at a different address but how come no notice no follow up??? This office claims to care about their patients yet they can't keep a doctor in office for their patients. I mean come on MANAGEMENT and DR. CASTRO who can only work one day a week take a look at yourselves and see why you could keep some awesome doctor??? Then just discard patients like garbage!!! I am highly upset because I stayed a patient and so did my mom through all the chaos, but it is okay we would rather go to healthstar and have some stability so thanks for nothing! Also the newest receptionist Stephanie is lazy and hardly answers the phone plus her attitude and personality kinda suck! Ashley was always awesome and so was laney! But congratulations on losing so many doctors nurses employees and now patients.

Highly unprofessional!…read more I made an appointment months ago to see Dr. Battineni. First of all when I get there I informed them at the desk that I can't write due to tremors in my hand but that went mostly ignored and they wanted me to fill out a bunch of forms anyway, which kept until I got the nurse to do it. When I eventually got to see the doctor, she seemed to genuinely want to help but went through the motions then informed me that she would be leaving this practice and could not tell me where she would be going next. I should have been informed of this right away. Instead of transferring me to another doctor, all they did was pass me off to an NP for another appointment in 6 months. The facility itself is awful. Parking is not even close to being convenient and they have almost no handicapped spots (this is a hospital!) This is not my first negative experience with Tennova, and I can't really say I've had anything else in dealing with them. Not that I can say any of the others are good either but this company is definitely the bottom of the barrel. No, I'm not going to call my concerns into anyone unless you want to pay my $600/hr. business consulting fee.

I was very disappointed by how the staff treated me. I'd talk about the doctors, but I never got…read moreto meet one, just a guy whom I think was an intern. First: an hour between my appointment and when they saw me Second: While I was there for arm tingling and shoulder pain, the intern decided that in fact I had neck pain, and proceeded to treat me for that. Third: I was told I was going to another center for a cortisone shot. When I contacted them, I was scheduled for cervical injections. This had NEVER been discussed with me. Fourth: they rarely return a phone call. When I contacted the office about why I was getting a treatment they hadn't described, I was told, "Well, they're injecting you with cortisone." A shot is not the same as an epidural! I wanted to speak to the doctor about this. No dice - you don't get to speak to a doctor, they are ALWAYS in surgery. The nurse finally called me back (after the time when I was scheduled for the procedure, which I cancelled) to tell me I was wrong, the physician was right, and I needed to do what I was told. A big problem here is that I'd requested the notes on my meeting with the intern. When I finally received them (and I had to ask three times), they described pain that I didn't have. When I asked about this, they told me, "Yes, you DO have that pain - we were told that by your primary care provider." This HAD come up in my discussion with the intern, where he tried to steer me toward saying, "I have neck pain." When I wouldn't say that, he wrote it down anyway, and began treating me for it. If you're going to go here, I HIGHLY recommend that you demand those meeting notes and make sure they're treating you for the actual problem you have
