Note, he made clear to the dr that he has had other steroids and didn't have that reaction. It was just this one. (Which she then tried to gaslight me on and tell me he didn't tell her that and didn't tell her the symptoms were continuing. I was in the same room. I hesrd him.) Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. (For what? She didn't say. We already knew he had an ear infection from his first visit and the steroids WERE helping until he had the reaction.) When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?

I don't see anything good coming from this , due to the NP being untruthful about what happened, we will never use this facility again, and I still advise against anyone with a special needs family member from taking them to this clinic and I plan on letting other families in the community on other social medias know about this NP at this location.

Total care was mediocre for my Husband. Sat on the ER from 7…read morepm until 1130 the next day fur a room. Er physicians assistant was great. Got a room and nursing staff were subpar. Food was awful. Dr came in at 8 am to release. I was on my way about 9 15 to pick up my husband but they had not even told him he was leaving. Breakfast was brought in same time girl came to move him out of the room. He had to get up dress fast and pack his things. They took him to ER waiting area for me. No one told him Anything. Overall care was mediocre. Such a disappointment. We have memorial too and it's horrible so no good hospitals in Chattanooga. Parkridge is making the entrance new and modern but they need to worry about their care of patients more. The cafeteria is a joke.

Do the injections work? Yes. You can lose a lot of weight with using hCG injections and a calorie intake of barely 500 a day. I mean you're basically starving yourself. I've waited over an hour and a half to be seen, and there were at least 8 others before me waiting as well. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. If you absolutely have to come here, say goodbye to your entire day, that is, if they even get to you. An absolute clown of a facility, and would recommend that any company stop using this facility for any reason, and that any person please seek help at a different location. The wait is so long that people in rougher shape that have been here before my arrival have left without getting any service. Please, if you value yourself, or your time, use a different clinic.
