Said if his computer seen nothing wrong then there's not a problem with the machine then he wouldn't wait five minutes for me to even put the machine on spin cycle. had to wait a week for them to send out another tech and he found the shipping bracket still inside the machine. Terrible customer service they cannot reach you within three hours. Everything will be at least three days if not longer. If you get the guy with the accent, don't even bother request a new tech because that guy doesn't do anything. He doesn't fix shit. more worried about how many customers he can reach then he is on fixing anything. I really think this company is screwing GE appliances over and will be looking how to communicate with GE on who they let warranty their appliances
