This is a local service company and the reviews are from out of our state where there are other Brother's Appliances listed. Anywho... I had a great experience. They called promptly after being reassigned to them due to a bad experience with AHW (which is a terrible warranty company). They were prompt, worked well with us, made the repairs and were very courteous. One of the best companies I've worked with, especially thru the warranty.

Couldn't find parts. Turned in one repair wrong. Missed a scheduled repair despite leaving two voicemails with access code. Canceled a scheduled 2nd repair on ticket which breaks protocol. Cost me 4 extra days on top of the 2 weeks from the original request. Never could get ahold of the technician by phone or text when it mattered. Finally answers the phone the same day I find out the ordered was canceled. Be sure to dig into the complaints on this company and read between the lines. Go with someone else!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about our Dyson and upfront about costs. He initially said it would be about 3-5 business days. It was a surprise when he called me the next day to tell me it was ready to be picked up. He had found a big dog hair ball in the main assembly. Once removed, it was back to normal. We will definitely patronize this business again, if needed.

This guy was called out to repair a used machine that I had purchase 4 years ago. He came out and…read moreworked for a few minutes and then said they would be back after lunch. They never returned. When I looked at the machine this morning, I discovered that they had changed the lock, and disabled the machine. I called to ask what what was going on, and they said that the previous owner of the machine owed them money, and that I needed to pay the bill incurred by this "previous" owner and that it was typical policy to disable any machines that they find that any previous owners owe them money. He then tried to convince me that it wasn't worth repairing anyway. I opened up the machine after having to drill out the lock he put on, and discovered that he had stolen the $80 or so dollars in change out of the machine, and also stripped about $800 in parts out of the machine. He then changed the locks to try and prevent anyone from seeing what he did. Do yourself a favor and avoid this crook. Police report filed with Claremore police for theft and vandalism, the officer could not believe the story until he investigated it for himself. Do not use this guy.
