And tried to sell me one, that he said were about. $4,000 I told him that I could not do that, the he told me we were done there. The left ear was working, so to tell me it was dead, he was off base. While Dalton took them apart, cleaned then and put in new batteries, and guess what, they worked. I have made a appointment to return in a month to see if they are still OK. If not, then cross the next price bridge. He was very undertanding and a good representative for Audibel. I am back, I was going to look at other hearing aids if he couldn't get them to work. He is amazing and paid close attention to the details, otherwise my Grama would have had ill fitting hearing aids, which NO one wants. This lady that gave a bad review needs to go away. Dr Valentine is extremely nice, takes his time with his patients and makes sure they are happy. She had to wait TEN MINUTES. Oh my Gawd. This is a great place.
