    I would give this store a ZERO, if that was an option. I had…read moretalked to someone at this store about a business account promotion and they said a business Rep will call you in a few days. No one call for 10 days. I followed up and some one form their Business Plans(I needed 4 Iphones and a watch) are called me and gave me plans and $ figures about the plan and the new Iphone 16's, and finalized on the phone call, and then gave me an appointment to go to this Bristol store and get the phones and complete the transaction. I go in there and am waiting for almost 20 mins., before anyone attends, they take all the related information and take almost 2 hours, and after that they do a switcheroo ...they tell me that there's some problem and just go with the personal plan which had 3 year term and different terms. This place is a total scam and useless. Never go there or trust Verizon Business plans and related folks. Except for 1 guy rest of the folks are lost, don't know their jobs or lying and just goofing off.

    So I purchased new phones in December. my salesperson (bernardo) seemed like he knew what he was…read moredoing. told us about the promos-upgrade your plan to some unlimited plan and we could get either Samsung watch/samsung tablet/ I watch/apple tablet for free. JusT need to put it on the plan. Well its March now. I'm reviewing my bill and I'm being charged for a tablet. Go to the store talk to a rep and the manager. Manager will escalate it. Get a call back from the manager "sorry, nothing we can do and Bernardo doesn't work here anymore'! Wow. Great customer service verizon store. I suggest going to a real Verizon store and not a independent store. These people are full of sh** and don't stand my anything. I will continue to fight to get my money back. Liars.     I am a new Verizon customer…read more It has not been 2 months and unfortunately I wish I never went to this location. The promotion that was offered to me by sales associate Ryan had expired at the time my accounts/family plan was set up. I did not know this until I got my first bill. Now the Verizon team is not honoring their mistake, they are not honoring their signed contract and expects us to pay more a month or return our phones. So rather than honor their contract, they are offering a $600 giftcard which makes absolutely no sense. This promotion involved trade in's so even if we did return our phones....we could not get our old phones back. This situation has not been resolved yet but I felt it is important to let people know that you cannot trust the knowledge or service at this location. Why am I being offered poor options that results in paying more money a month due to their mistake and terrible customer service? As a customer, they would never allow me to ignore a signed contract or agreement but because they made a mistake....they can? I signed the same documentation as sales associate Ryan did and that is not valid? Was I taken advantage of because i was a new customer?

    Giving a shout out to Ricky in the New Milford Verizon location. We came in today with lots of…read morechallenges from setting up a business account to transferring multiple numbers from different accounts and changing providers. Everything we had to do was outside the norm. Ricky worked patiently and efficiently to ensure everything we were looking to have done was done correctly and at a minimum cost. It took some time, but he stuck with it and explained everything along the way. Throwing another shout out to Ovi who was managing the store during our visit. He was friendly, made helpful suggestions and was supportive to Ricky (and our situation) while making sure the rest of his staff also had his support. A true leader. Because of our complicated set up, I've never gone into a cell phone store without it turning into a nightmare. Today I left extremely impressed. Thank you, Ricky and Ovi!

    I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. I went in to trade in my old phone (13…read morepro) and get a new phone (iphone 17). I was told it would be an extra 40 dollars for the one time upgrade and 19 dollars a month for the protection on the phone which I could cancel after the first month. I spent over an hour and half. The sales representative Bobby was new so I was trying to be patient. When I walked out I looked at my estimated bill and they had added a completely new line under my iPhone 13pro which I did not ask for and had started and disconnected another phone number. My bill was going to be over 100 dollars more the next month and estimated to be 50 dollars more after that. I called Verizon customer service and they were so confused what had been done and why. I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to reverse everything that happened. I called the store to let them know and they just gaslit me and told me "they explained this to me and it would be cheaper". I can assure you this was not the case. When I signed the agreement (where he held the iPad and scrolled quickly through) he said it was just for the upgrade and so that he can have access to make changes to my account. Also why would I want a new line on my old phone when the phone barely stays charged throughout the day. So just a caution to folks to make sure you read through and understand what exactly you're doing because even if you ask for one thing they may give you something completely different that you have no use for. I will say they were very nice and personable but moving forward I do not trust this store.

    WOW, wish i could give NO STARS!!!…read more After years of being loyal Verizon customers, as well as loyal to this store, my partner and my last upgrade was an awful experience and we will never shop in that store again. Will be dropping Verizon as soon as our contract ends, and returning to AT&T and their exceptional customer service. When we traded in our phones for upgrades, only one of us got the correct new phone. Luke Huntley, the store manager "mistakenly" gave my partner a phone that had less memory than the one he brought in. Had I not caught it on the bill, we wouldn't have known. When we brought this to Luke's attention, he said we didn't need a phone with that much memory anyway, so we should just keep it. We said no. Want the phone we ordered and paid for. When that phone FINALLY came in, it was given to another customer. After almost 6 weeks, we finally got the right phone. Then the bills started. And so did the excuses and lies. Not only was our bill $20.00 more, we got zero explanation. A series of texts then ensued between Luke (again, the store manager), and us. Promises to correct the bill, then not doing it. Giving us credits on our bill, but never correcting the extra charges. Months go by. We continue to reach out to Luke, but then he suddenly stops responding to texts. By the way.. the Unionville store doesn't answer their phone, (seriously), so if you don't have one of their cell phone numbers, you have to go into the store. Insane customer service. After spending hours on the phone with Verizon, we find out Luke never traded our old phones in!!! $650.00 credit WE should have gotten, nowhere to be found, and even Verizon said they can't find it. Hmmm... wonder who has that money??? From another Verizon store, that manager called Verizon and they called Unionville's "back line", and they actually answered!!! On a three way call, we spoke with Ian who identified himself as "the store manager", and not only promised to look into all of this, but especially the missing $650 credit for our phones. I asked him for the franchise owners name, and he said he didn't know who owned the store because it had "just been sold". He assured me he would get me their contact info. Never did. Reaching back out to Ian the "store manager", STILL doesn't know who owns the store, and when I pressed him about saying he would get me that contact information, he denied ever saying it (btw- Verizon records their phone conversations); easy enough to prove he lied, as there were three other people listening in on the conversation. Ian now claims to be the "assistant manager", but still stands by his story of not knowing who owns his store, or how for me to reach him. In fact, when I told him I found that rediculous and to find that information, he hung up on me. Now, I will be reaching out to The BBB, CT Consumer Protection Agency, as well as the office of Senator Richard Bloomenthaul. I will make sure we can all find out just who really owns that store, who the REAL manager is, AND teach them all the valuable lesson of not baiting and switching customers; lying to them as well as Verizon Corporate (they're eager to find out why their "manager" doesn't know who owns his store- LOL), and lastly... What did Luke do with that $650 trade in money???? Did I mention NBC out of Hartford is VERY eager to take this story on as part of their ongoing efforts to help consumers who have been ripped off by CT businesses. Yes they are!! Stay tuned!!!! It's very sad when businesses believe it's easier to rip their customers off, rather than being honest and do the right thing. Thank God for platforms like this where fellow customers can warn each other. I can't wait until this contract is up, and I can return to AT&T!!!
