The store was nice, and during our Sunday afternoon visit not very busy. My wife and I were very impressed with both of them and would highly recommend either of them to assist you with your Spectrum account.

I feel reasonably sure that I am not the only one that has experienced their hoo-doo. It is a constant battle to understand their "Channel Line-Up" sheets for your particular locale (all 6 pages in my locale) in combination with their "Services and Pricing" list (all four sheets for my locale). You need a WWII Navaho Code Talker to even start to interpret this pile of mumbo-jumbo... which means you're out of luck because I believe most, if not all, of them have passed. Chester Nez, the last known of the original Code Talkers, passed away June 4th, 2014. In my area we are severely limited as to the choices available for TV & Internet services and for what reason I do not know. Brings back memories of why Ma-Bell was blown apart in 1982 for Anti-trust violations by monopolizing their area of service. Where are the Feds when you need them? We have "ONE" choice in cable TV & internet... isn't that considered monopolizing any longer? Sad state of affairs in my opinion and yet we allow them to get away with this travesty.

Horrible! They have canceled my install three times already, always because I supposedly have a…read morebalance. When I call, they agree that I don't have a balance! No one seems to be able to fix the situation. Billing says it is technical support and technical says it is billing. Absolutely mind blowing! There does not seem to be any local phone number that you can use to call the local store (which I can't get to and which does not even open until 10:00 AM when I am at work). Does anyone know a local (304) number for the Beckley office?
