    Cable wire hanging low over the two fences

    Beyond the high rates (which will go up without warning--keep an eye out) for spotty Internet and cable, Suddenlink is as unreliable as possible. The cable line has been hanging down on fences and on the road for four hours now, and even though suddenlink has been notified twice (it's a hazard to drivers) they have yet to respond. In typical suddenlink fashion, they are dragging their feet. But hey, they're the only game in town so I guess they can afford to do that. Needless to say I would give them zero stars if I could.

    They don't work weekends, must be union. We work from home, waiting 3 days for a tech is not something I'm going to deal with again.

    Worst customer service line and lack of communication. Don't waste your time dealing with them unless you absolutely have to.

    Really hard to do business with this company. Wait times on the phone are atrocious. Wherever I've needed help, they've been very unhelpful.

    Talk about slow service. They have 3 employees standing around with only 1 person working reminds me of the highway department.

    Today I visited the AT&T Store on Sherwood to activate an Apple Watch I purchased from my sister…read more I did not wait long to be served and was assisted by an employee named Tomas who was pleasant during the encounter. He seemed to have some trouble activating the Apple Watch on my plan, but he assured me everything would work just fine when I finished pairing the watch over my internet at home since the Store's connection was UBER slow. After getting home, I finished pairing the watch but was PUZZLED when I received an error message that the watch was never activated when I attempted to turn on the "cellular feature"?!?! How could that be??? He clearly stated that I would be charged $30 a month for activation and $10 a month for the service so what did he not do?!?!?. I attempted every work around but continued to receive the same error message. I reluctantly called the Store and was asked if I wanted to come back to so that they could take a look at the watch--Um, "No!" (you've already wasted an hour of my time...) The Associate then stated Tomas was with a customer BUT he would call me right back... Yeah right! I wasn't surprised given Tomas' success rate. I never got the call and ended up calling Technical Support. The Support Agent stated the watch was "never activated" and she stayed on the line with me until the watch was successfully paired with my phone. Given today's horrible experience I will never go back to this Store for service.
