They tried to upsell essentially Imodium for another $60 because "travelers can get diarrhea". Then they wanted to charge $400+ per person for vaccinations that Walgreens does for half the price. We drove an hour and a half to sit through all of that to not be told that upfront. No where had I been asked if I were recently on antibiotics, so after I paid $552 for this consult and shot; I could not receive it for another week at least. They would not refund the money, however, said to come back and they'd administer it. My aunt then paid for the vaccine and received it. Several days later I receive an email stating I have received the vaccine and they'd update my PCP of the vaccine. I called and was able to transfer this over to her medical records, pretty easy to just do that?! But now after 9 days, not able to get a refund for this shot I did not receive. The nurse stated she was out of yellow card (required to enter the country we're traveling to) and that it would be mailed out. Bet you couldn't guess this, but SHE NEVER GOT IT! I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. This has been a massive hassle.

I have been here a couple times before and have always had a great experience. I have walked in, I…read morehave done the "save my spot" on their website, and this past time I set up an appointment time on their website. I was emailed a confirmation number that I used to check in with once I arrived. I was immediately called up to have my ID and insurance taken and then was taken into the open room of the 2 rooms they have. This was literally maybe a 5 minute process. Once in the room I maybe had to wait about 10 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. The nurse practitioner was super nice and professional. She took the time to listen to me and what I had going on. When I left I was given a print out of what we talked about and about medications that were very clear. I have in the past had to wait much longer than this, but that is a common issue at any doctors office, little clinic, or immediate care. If you don't do a save my spot or set up an appointment the wait time will on average be longer. I understand this whenever I go here and just bring a book in case there is a long wait. You may wait 2 hours but that's faster than having to wait two weeks to see your primary care physician. I am glad that The Little Clinic exists.

I apologized but with a sick child sometimes it's hard to get them out the door. She stated that we would have to reschedule due to being late since they were full and when asked when I could reschedule it was going to have to be the next day. I have been to several Little Clinics around the Louisville area and have never experienced such bad customer experience never being greeted and not having any sort of empathy for a sick child. They have always tried to fit me in. All I was asking is for my daughter to be tested for strep and covid which could have been accomplished in minutes which would have fit within their 15 minute appointment block that we had. Never going to that location again.

I'm still fatigued a lot with low energy, trouble sleeping, etc. I'm the same as before. You would think charging people all that money for 24 cc's worth of injections, they would return your money if it didn't work but no. Don't waste your time unless they start doing money back guarantees.

I visited the Louisville Men's Clinic in April 2022. I discussed why I was there and they said…read morethey could help me. They gave me a sample injection, which did seem to work. The feeling was strange, but they said it would take some getting used to. One thing that disturbed me while I was there was the amount of foul language that was being used and that they referred to women as someone men should just use. The doctor said they are just meant to be F***ed. I should have walked out at that point, but a nurse with a better attitude sold me on injections, and I chose the cheapest package. Why they make you pay in full up front now seems to make sense or men probably would not return. After I left the appointment I noticed some discomfort, not painful, but enough to not being able to concentrate at work. I called them back, but they basically told me to take a warm bath and take a decongestant. ( I can't take decongestants, because I have side effects from it and I don't have time in my busy day to take a bath) I decided to talk to my physician and was told I should not be taking these shots based on how it affects me. Since then I have called many times to ask for a refund(minus what they sent me home with)but they keep telling me that I need to speak with the office manager. Every time I call, I am told he is in a meeting. It is amazing how many meetings they appear to have there. I finally had a doctor there call me to discuss my discomfort and he said he can change the dose, but I told him that a recent change in medication actually solved my problem. He said that was great and he would inform the manager to call me for a refund. I never received a call, and every time I call, the manger is in a meeting. I don't know if the person answering the phone changed but the spelling of the managers name miraculously changed after about a year of calling. I was not expecting a full refund, but should not have to pay for a product I never received. I have read other reviews stating that getting a refund is near to impossible. Now I feel that I should let as many other people know about my experience and I highly recommend you go to a normal physicians office. I will also be posting this review on as many websites as I can including the Better Business Bureau and will also be sharing with the investigative news stations that help people from being scammed and the board that governs doctors. A simple refund and apology would have prevented all this and I would have then left a good review even though the product was not meant for me.
