They would not refund the money, however, said to come back and they'd administer it. My aunt then paid for the vaccine and received it. Several days later I receive an email stating I have received the vaccine and they'd update my PCP of the vaccine. I called and was able to transfer this over to her medical records, pretty easy to just do that?! But now after 9 days, not able to get a refund for this shot I did not receive. The nurse stated she was out of yellow card (required to enter the country we're traveling to) and that it would be mailed out. Bet you couldn't guess this, but SHE NEVER GOT IT! I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. This has been a massive hassle.

I was emailed a confirmation number that I used to check in with once I arrived. I was immediately called up to have my ID and insurance taken and then was taken into the open room of the 2 rooms they have. This was literally maybe a 5 minute process. Once in the room I maybe had to wait about 10 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. The nurse practitioner was super nice and professional. She took the time to listen to me and what I had going on. When I left I was given a print out of what we talked about and about medications that were very clear. I have in the past had to wait much longer than this, but that is a common issue at any doctors office, little clinic, or immediate care. If you don't do a save my spot or set up an appointment the wait time will on average be longer. I understand this whenever I go here and just bring a book in case there is a long wait. You may wait 2 hours but that's faster than having to wait two weeks to see your primary care physician. I am glad that The Little Clinic exists.
