She was very informative and made sure we understood all the information we discussed. She apologized and explained what happened. Privi sounded very compassionate and offered a free consultation. Initial review on 1/5/2021: Received a call this morning from the secretary to tell me they weren't accepting new clients. Then proceeded to ask me what what service I needed.
