Right from the beginning, we were told that they felt confident of a favorable outcome, but that it would take some months to get to a resolution. Communication with them with limited to one phone call at the beginning, and one at the end, with a few emails in between. I am a lay person who is pretty familiar with law, so I had no problem waiting to hear from them, but I'm not entirely certain how well they would work out for someone with a much more high stakes, urgent case-- civil litigation can be very slow at times, and sometimes a client needs a lot of reassurance. If you're considering using their services and not familiar with law, I would recommend asking upfront how often they intend to reach out to you so that you're not worrying.
