The doctors don't care about you. I felt like this was an incredibly manipulative facility that seeks profits over quality of care. You guys need to be shut down immediately as you're a danger to at-risk people's safety. The care you receive here is very minimal and they tend to just push pills and keep you here as long as possible.

Being a patient, it is hard to do multiple groups all day every day. The Rose House breaks up the schedule so it doesn't feel so long. Every morning we get to leave the house to go to the gym, and every evening we attend a twelve step meeting. These outing are fun, and help us deal with our triggers in a safe environment. The Rose House advocated for me by writing weekly emails about my progress to my probation officer. The staff genuinely cares about each and every woman in the program. Because this fell just short of her strict '48-business-hour' window, she rigidly enforced her contract and charged my card for the full session. She had been in the mountains with her phone off all weekend, so instead of having a conversation with me on Monday morning or offering me the chance to still come in, she simply hit my card. ​When I reached out to point out the glaring double standard between her 35-minute cancellation and my Friday evening text, she hid behind her contract and completely ignored her own misstep. ​Therapy and hypnosis require trust. Contracts and boundaries are necessary, but a purely one-sided, transactional approach that happily takes a client's grace but refuses to offer any in return is a terrible way to do business. This facility is criminal and needs to be held responsible for the treatment of people who need…read morehelp. During my stay in this facility, I saw 2 women have seizures, one due to being put on medicine unnecessarily. After the first episode, they kept her on the same medicine and she had another seizure. During both the nurse would not allow her into her room, she seized on the concrete floor giving her a black eye. The patient complained about the nurse who refused her entry into her room and he was placed on another unit with no reprimand. I also saw the facility place patients on a stay according to what their insurance would cover. I was admitted voluntarily, but as soon as I asked to leave they put me on a mandatory hold for 72 hours, because my insurance would cover it. I talked to a Medicaid patient who was allowed 10 days, so that's how long she stayed. Along with the insurance fraud (I believe it to be), they would ask for full payment within 24 hours of your admission. Once they found out your coverage and the amount owed, they would call you to a separate room and demand full payment. Remember people are in a fragile state, but that was of no concern to them. While figuring out how to pay, they offered me a 5% discount if I could pay it all. It was all business, never mind the fact that most of the patients were admitted for suicide attempts. I also saw minimal time with any therapists or psychiatrist. I saw the psychiatrist about 12 hours after admission, we talked for about 10 minutes and he put me on the list for ECT treatment. Never looking at my history, never talking to my doctors, never looking at my current medications, he just made decisions off of some boxes he checked. Once I was placed into the ECT club I was set up with the ECT, "sales guy". He did a PowerPoint presentation with so much excitement, you would think I was getting a pre paid vacation. After hearing the sales pitch, we finalized the sale and I agreed. He told me he loved all the patients at the hospital, but he loved the ones who did ECT the most. I was in no state of mind to make such a big decision. After no one was able to get information on insurance coverage and being told I was scheduled but they had no idea when, I chose not to do it. At that point they sent a lady in charge of talking to the patients to convince them they were making the wrong decision. Again, money was their motive, they knew nothing about me. This email could continue with incident after incident. After getting out (my husband demanded my release) I had every intention of filing claims against this facility, but I was too traumatized. It has taken me almost 2 years to talk about my experience and when I do, I still feel panic. I have recently been reading reviews and seeing story after story just like mine. They must be stopped!! It sounds extreme, but I feel I have made it my mission to stand up for all the people who are being mistreated and traumatized like me. If you read this, please speak out. I've interacted with all of the doctors including getting injections from Lief Sorensen, MD, injections / a spinal cord stimulator implanted from Bryan Wernick, MD, and my "primary care" provider at the practice, Melissa Smith, DNP. I've found them all to be talented, professional, compassionate, and always willing to listen to my concerns. Especially Melissa Smith who I see monthly. I really can't speak highly enough about the providers. To anybody on the fence about a spinal cord stimulator, the Boston Scientific stimulator has changed my life for the better. I can literally feel a significant decrease in pain the moment its turned on. Conversely, turning it off (or running out of batteries) causes an instant increase in pain from a 2/3 to a 5. My only negative with the practice was that there seemed to be a phone system issue in part of 2023 where it was difficult to speak directly to a person. I mostly used their online portal messaging system so that was not a significant problem for me. The phone system problems seems to have been resolved in late 2023 or 2024. Overall, the staff Dimensions Pain Management have given me back a normal relatively pain free life. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of pain management services.

However, the appointment I had was intended to refill a prescription of mine for a time-sensitive medication, and I had to call numerous times to remind the office to send the refill request. I missed about a month of my medication as a result and had to call and ask them to refill said medication around 5 times before it was actually refilled. Again, every individual I worked with was incredibly kind and patient, but I got the impression that something in their system wasn't functioning well because I felt as if I was responsible for reminding them to give me the care I should have already been receiving.
