Called back, it rang , they answered but hung up on me again. When I called the third time, I asked for the supervisor and David Waldron director of intake was beyond Detached. He refused to give me employees name so I could not proprely complain about the insensitive behavior. He obviously doesn't care himself, he didn't adequately address or explain the callous behavior. Family's are already worried about love ones and uncertain about their mental health.
