I am a Kaiser patient but thankful to the high heavens ALL VALLEY accepts KAISER insurance- what a relief because the closest urgent care to me is about an hour and a half. All of the staff was so incredibly friendly, my wait was less than 15 minutes, I saw PA Lei - and I am obsessed. I recently traveled abroad to some remote tropical places and returned home feeling very unwell. I didn't think my situation necessarily warranted an emergency room visit, but I wanted to be evaluated and tested quickly for mosquito-borne viruses in case intervention was needed. I very rarely use urgent care facilities, so when I needed one, I turned to Yelp and was pleased with the overall reviews of All Valley Urgent Care. I called ahead and confirmed they could accept me as a walk in right away. I visited All Valley on a late Friday afternoon and was seen by a Physician Assistant within 30 minutes of my arrival. The PA listened to my breathing, checked my ears, nose, and throat, and told me they might have heard fluid in my lungs justifying a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia in addition to standard rapid testing for flu and Covid. I knew I didn't have the flu or Covid based on my symptoms, but I didn't know about pneumonia so I agreed. They did the chest X-ray on site and all three tests returned negative. The PA told me they would send a prescription to my pharmacy for a basic albuterol inhaler to help me with my breathing and that they would also send lab orders to Quest Diagnostics for me to have my blood drawn to test for viruses the next day. The PA didn't know what blood tests to request, so the PA said they would do some research. I left the facility without any real answers. So now for the review. On the positive side, the PA was nice and even though it was clear the PA didn't have confidence in their knowledge about what tests to order for given my situation, I'll give them a pass on that because my circumstances were certainly not very common. I also give the PA credit for knowing and admitting when they needed to do research. The nurse/x-ray tech was also very nice and the facility is new and clean. On the negative side: 1. Upon checking out, I specifically asked the front desk staff if they would be sending my prescription to the pharmacy I requested. She viewed her computer and said "yes" before giving me a dismissive look. Nevertheless, the prescription for the albuterol inhaler was never sent to my pharmacy. When I called All Valley back a few days later, I was told that they couldn't find any notation in my chart indicating I was given a prescription. I was also told the PA I saw was not working that day, and that the current provider on duty wouldn't issue the prescription without evaluating me personally. The only option I was given was to come in for a new evaluation. My case was somewhat unusual and recent, so I knew the PA would remember me... I therefore asked All Valley to call the PA at home and they refused. So just to reiterate... All Valley wanted me to pay for a new visit and spend the time to come in and be reevaluated by a new provider just to fix their prescription mistake, they refused to call the PA to get the OK to send the original prescription, and all of this drama and resistance was over a basic albuterol inhaler, not some type of dangerous or highly restrictive drug. 2. The lab order the PA sent to Quest Diagnostic was insufficient to cover the possible mosquito-borne viruses present in the regions to which I traveled. Even the Quest Diagnostics staff knew this but they couldn't change the order. So, I had to reach out to my primary care doctor who sent me back to Quest Diagnostics a second time with new lab orders for much more extensive bloodwork. 3. The front office person on duty during my visit was a bit on the cold/curt side, but not unprofessional. 4. I was feeling awful when I arrived at All Valley, and I wanted to check in as quick as possible using regular paper forms. Despite this, I was directed to use a QR code posted at the front desk and to use my mobile phone to do everything including completing the medical questionnaire and taking images of my insurance card while seated in the lobby. As you might imagine, typing lots of information using my thumbs on a small phone keypad is not fun to do when you feel terrible. It is important to note, I was the only person in the waiting room during my visit and there were three workers at the front desk just chatting with each other who could have easily helped me. 5. Before I left All Valley, the PA told me he would add me to the call back list and someone would call me to check in on me the next day to see how my symptoms were progressing. That would have been a very nice touch, but no one ever called. 6. When I called several days later to discuss the prescription issue, I was simply told to return to the clinic to be evaluated again by the on-duty provider. That insistence, combined with having a chest X-ray I doubt I really needed given my symptoms, certainly makes me question whether billing is the priority. I am disappointed. This facility can do better and I won't return. Fortunately I can rely on my primary care physician to take it from here. read more

My son had an ear infection and since he is severely disabled we have never gone to an urgent care (normally er for bigger problems) I was pretty nervous due to my sons medical history if they would feel comfortable treating him but we were greeted with friendly hellos, extremely clean office and waiting room, no wait and I was able to make our appointment online the night before. Dr was great! Wasn't intimidated at all by my sons condition and the appointment was so quick and easy! I will be recommending to everyone I know and I will definitely be returning. I even told my husband if we need we will pay out of pocket and go here vs dealing with Kaiser urgent cares moving forward. I couldn't be happier with our experience! read more

I'm not normally one to complain, but my recent visit left me very unhappy with the service. When I first walked in, there was a group of young women chit-chatting at the front desk. After checking me in, I was taken back, but I was surprised that an x-ray tech took my vitals, as I've never had that happen before. Then, a gentleman came into the room without a badge and without introducing himself as a doctor or PA, which I found concerning. From there, things only became more frustrating. I was sent all the way to Kaiser, even though Kaiser was already closed for the day. I had specifically double-checked, and I was told they were still open. After that, I was redirected to Vons for my prescription, but when I arrived, nothing had been sent. Later, I found out it had actually been sent to CVS. To make matters worse, when I called to clarify, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, telling me that it was "just the patient's responsibility" to pick up their prescription. I'm not sure how it's just the patient's responsibility to get the prescription sent to the right place when I was the one sent to three different pharmacies in the first place. In the end, I was sent to three different places, all while being told it was handled. The entire experience was confusing, disorganized, and disappointing, and I felt dismissed rather than cared for as a patient. read more

Everyone was so kind and helpful! I had a painful issue that needed to be looked at quickly and they were able to take me as a walk in. Leigh Nguyen & Nila are the staff I was taken care of by and their knowledge and expertise was next level! I had to get a shot and a painful incision & yet I left happier than I was going in. They made me laugh & I can honestly say I'd do the 40 minute drive again if something comes up in the future. I'm seeing a few reviews like the one I'm about to leave. I thought this was an urgent care so I urgently took my child there as she was sick. When I walked in the receptionist asks if I have an appointment. I tell her no. She asks if I want to make an appointment for the next day. Huh? How is that urgent care? I had to scramble around and figure out where to take her. It was a bit of a drive but at least she was seen for what ended up being tonsillitis. Never again. This is not for urgent matters. This place is probably good if you have an appointment (which in itself is mind blowing) since it's an URGENT care and says so literally in their name. If you have an URGENT need and NO appointment then they'll probably have you come back tomorrow or another day. We were greeted with a "Hello..do you have an appointment today?" Huh??? No. The negative reviews are true unfortunately. We couldn't get passed the front door. Not sure if we would try this place again. They need a name change or more staffing. That would be a start. I was seen here today for back pain by the PA Brian Jimenez and I am so impressed. The clinic is immaculate. Walking in here feels like walking into a high end specialty office. The staff is courteous and prompt. Unfortunately we weren't able to pinpoint what exactly was causing my pain but he listened very carefully and laid out a few potentials. Ultimately I need some imaging that they cannot do in house but I will keep this place in mind for future urgent medical needs. read more

Nope. I had a nasty fall and needed to get someone's eyes on my injury asap. All they did was stand around and stare at me like I was crazy. People socializing in the hallways, no concern whatsoever for someone that limped through the door. Reception area just wanted to give me an appointment for later in the evening 5 hours later. After our experience yesterday, I felt led to leave a review for anyone teetering. Our 3 year old daughter had an accident, and needed to be seen right away. With my husband's quick thought we brought her to the office. They had no hesitation and made accommodations for us immediately! The nurse was very gentle and reassuring. She was even taking care to make our son comfortable, who was having a hard time with the situation. When the doctor came in to access the situation, he assured us of what needed to be done. He did it with a level of care I haven't seen in a very long time! When all said and done, both our babies got to get a stuffy to take home. Thank you for the level of care you provided not only to our daughter but to our son. Not having to make a trip to the ER made the experience so much more calm, and it took no time at all! read more

The office was super clean, only waited about 20 minutes with an appointment and the Dr. was extremely efficient in helping me out. Was in and out of the doctors room within 5 minutes, treated my wound that needed to be drained and I was on my way. Amazing experience. This is literally my favorite urgent to go to. I live all the way in highland and I would rather come here than any other urgent care. I have been here a couple of times and I haven't had an issue. I came recently because my fiancé and I have been sick for a week. When we came they were super busy. I was telling the lady up front how I came from highland and she actually looked shocked I drove all the way there but Krysta was able to get me in and make sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. The staff is always pleasant. Dr. Tankersley really was able to assist me with my concerns. I was joking with him about how calming his voice was. I wish he was my PCP lol.
