It depends on the Provider you get, but overall I have had very good experiences there.

Eiisley fell on her arm and can't move it, Everett clinic and Skagit walk where we normally go were already closed, 7:15pm I see Indigo is still open. First time ever going there and was thankful a walk-in was still open so Eiisley didn't have to sit in ER for hours in pain. We walked in...no one in waiting room, one car outside great! I filled the receptionist in on what happened where she cut me off and said you'll need to take her to the ER we just took in another emergency, I verified they were open till 8 (because I didn't think you could turn away patients until closing time) and let her know we're ok with waiting and understanding they're taking care of another patient just really didn't want to go to the emergency room if we didn't have to- at that point she became overly aggressive, cut me off again and screamed at me "I'm not dealing with a attitude tonight, get out now" I was shocked, all I could do was turn around to leave and thought no this isn't right so I said wait what's your name? Now this is where it gets really weird... she yelled out "your worst nightmare!!" I was so caught off guard, most bizarre thing I've ever experienced at a healthcare facility. I walked over to her to see her badge and she pulled it from her chest and said MICHELLE NOW LEAVE, GET OUT and we left... I'd really love this company to pull up the video footage, see the interaction and get a response because wow, it was almost unbelievable.

I paid him $500 a month which he requested in cash. He also tried to bill my insurance company. He took calls from other patients with me in the room. I heard him berate them for not having enough money and say "no money no prescription". He is praying on people so vulnerable and trying hard to turn their lives around. He would laugh about them telling me they will show up later with just their back pack, then they will pay him. I severed my relationship with him when he called me out of the blue asking me for a $3000 loan to help close some real estate scheme he was involved in. When I told him no he asked me how much I could give him. I see he is currently charged federally with cares act fraud to the tune of 3 million dollars. Good. A federal prison cell will probably more comfortable than the dank, unlit hole he called his waiting room. An absolute disgrace.

There were 2 people in front of me that had already been there. We all got triaged and sent back to the waiting room. No one got called back for over an hour and a half. By 2:20a I got called back they had already had my blood taken during triage and a catheter placed. After running test I was diagnosed and sent home on pain meds around 5:30a. 12:30p that same day I had to call 911 the pain I was experiencing was debilitating I couldnt walk or move, I was so nauseous I couldn't talk, and I was having hot flashes with chills. I was rushed back to this hospital just to have the parmedics sit with me while im in agonizing pain in a hallway for over an hour. Not 1 Dr or nurse came to check on me while im screaming in pain. The parmedics kept trying to get them to get me in a room and seen however no one at this hospital cared enough. Finally after an hour I was brought into a massive area with several empty beds where I laid there in unimaginable pain for 30 more minutes before getting anything. After again running tests they realized they were not equipped for what was happening to me and did not have the proper specialists there and they had to transfer me to another hospital. There i required surgery and actually got the care that I needed. This place is a sad excuse for a hospital, the way they treat people is disgusting, and not taking illnesses seriously could've easily ended badly for me. This place needs to do better!

I'm not sure if the absence of vital questions comes from a lack of genuine concern or a lapse in skills being taught to doctors across the board. If you are looking for a predetermined diagnosis before they even speak to you, this is the clinic group to visit. This is also a top notch place to feel unheard and dismissed with prejudice.

Despite the seriousness of my condition, the referral process was not handled promptly, and my condition worsened to the point that I ultimately had to seek care at the hospital. The hospital team at Providence expressed serious concern about the delay and lack of appropriate follow up in my case. I felt that my symptoms and the severity of my condition were not taken seriously, and I did not feel adequately supported or monitored as a patient. Patients rely on their providers to recognize urgent situations and help coordinate appropriate care. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling overlooked and without the level of attention and urgency I needed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Andrews to others seeking attentive and responsive medical care.
