Eiisley fell on her arm and can't move it, Everett clinic and Skagit walk where we normally go were already closed, 7:15pm I see Indigo is still open. First time ever going there and was thankful a walk-in was still open so Eiisley didn't have to sit in ER for hours in pain. We walked in...no one in waiting room, one car outside great! I filled the receptionist in on what happened where she cut me off and said you'll need to take her to the ER we just took in another emergency, I verified they were open till 8 (because I didn't think you could turn away patients until closing time) and let her know we're ok with waiting and understanding they're taking care of another patient just really didn't want to go to the emergency room if we didn't have to- at that point she became overly aggressive, cut me off again and screamed at me "I'm not dealing with a attitude tonight, get out now" I was shocked, all I could do was turn around to leave and thought no this isn't right so I said wait what's your name? Now this is where it gets really weird... she yelled out "your worst nightmare!!" I was so caught off guard, most bizarre thing I've ever experienced at a healthcare facility. I walked over to her to see her badge and she pulled it from her chest and said MICHELLE NOW LEAVE, GET OUT and we left... I'd really love this company to pull up the video footage, see the interaction and get a response because wow, it was almost unbelievable.

James did a lot of research, called us in advance to let us know about which vaccines were recommended, and others that he would or would not recommend based on our personal health and conditions in the countries that we will be visiting. When we met with James, he sat with us for over an hour, giving us our information, medications, suggestions, and making sure that he answered all of our questions. He is caring, personable, and has a nice sense of humor. I would highly recommend using this service if you will be traveling out of the country.

I recently worked with Liz and she was fabulous, but my experience trying to become a member was no different than buying a used car. I was due in September for a quick blood work phone call to check how my medications were working. I was paying out of pocket, and my appointment for this 15-20 minute call in May was $50. I spoke with Alyssa and she explained if I became a member in September, the appointment would be included. A membership is $65. I hung up, prepared to pay and sign up in September like we discussed. They sent me paperwork to sign up for August, not what we had discussed. I let them know I wanted to start in September because I wouldn't be using their services, and that's when the cold unfriendly emails began. Like wtf. First, they said that since my last appointment was in May, no I couldn't sign up until I had another full patient appointment. (News to me) Then, they told me that their prices just went up so no, it isn't just $50 to go over blood work. The tone of the email was unfriendly and borderline rude and it was clear they wanted me to sign up and pay $65 for a month I wasn't even using their services and I'm not okay with that. It sounded like they were making things up to make it very inconvenient for me to wait. This is not a place I would recommend doing business with. I'm seriously disappointed because I liked Liz there, but the way this was handled was not okay. Be prepared to be haggled over memberships if you bring it up. Just no.

This is not the case with Dr. Brianna. She truly desires to figure out the root cause of your health issues. Our first conversation started with the staff member asking if I had a referral. When I asked if I needed one, she responded, "That's not what I asked you," immediately setting a hostile tone. She then repeatedly talked over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and responded in a condescending manner. Although I became frustrated and told her she needed to be nice because I am the customer, her response was to hang up on me. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in any business, but especially in a medical setting where patients are often already anxious or frustrated when calling in. I was simply trying to schedule an appointment in the Smokey Point office, and instead I was treated with complete disrespect. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with courtesy, not hostility. To management: Please address this issue. Front desk and phone staff represent your entire organization, and if this type of behavior is allowed to continue, it will drive patients away. A medical facility should be a place where compassion and professionalism are the standard at every level of care.
