Moffitt is polished, professional and everyone puts you at ease...No stress which was nice...they truly appear to be top of their patients...The valet service is a nice touch upon arrival...There were lots of kind faces, smiles and assistance to help patients effortlessly navigate such a karge network.. They make you feel important to them, like you "matter" there. The surgery appeared to move flawlessly, communication and care were top notch. It's now post- surgery...that's a lot different...I'm "waitng" on results...and my first "post op" conversation with my surgeon is 4 weeks out...WAY too long to wait and wonder...it's very stressful and there has been no one check8ng back in with me in almost a month....That has been a bit depressing and stressful. My life truly has felt stalled and on hold. Scheduled me with Dr. Cronen who specializes in the spine. Their office is located on the second floor in Suite C. Masks required right now. The waiting room is large and is setup for social distancing. Arrived and went to the front for check in. They handed me paperwork and a tablet for checking in. Went and took my seat, within like 10 minutes of waiting I was called back!! Amazing. Based on the number of people in the waiting area I thought I would be waiting longer. So impressed off the start! Nurse was very friendly and when it was time for X-rays the tech was also very friendly. I walk really slow right now and they slowed their pace without hesitation. Dr. Cronen came in and reviewed the X-rays and treatment with me. Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor! Not only talked about medical treatment but also talked about personal things as a means to get to know me as a patient. Have my follow up appointment booked for 3 weeks and hopefully will be almost fully recovered from this break! Loved my experience here and recommend if you're seeking out orthopedic treatment. Plenty of parking, clean facility and friendly staff.

Dr. Do is one of my favorite people! I've been hospitalized a several times over the years due to…read morethe severity of my asthma, but he has never given up on me. Each time, he has come to comfort me and coordinate my care and ensure that I got better. I'm sure I wouldn't have made it through COVID or Swine Flu if it wasn't for him. He's helped me to navigate the fog of medications that are available to asthma sufferers and find the right balance to keep me from being miserable, like I was before. I'm living a normal life now, and I wasn't when I first met him. I'm so glad he came into my hospital room that first time and saved me from the miserable life I'd been living. I shudder to think what my life would be like right now (or if I would be alive) if we had never met! I'm so grateful to Dr. Do for all he's done to help me, and I highly recommend his expertise and experience to anyone who needs a great pulmonologist out there. I couldn't have found anyone better!

I could barely get a word in while speaking with her. I've never been so frustrated with someone to where I have to let the higher-ups know. Jamie, was pushy and wanted to get me off the phone. I'm not sure what her deal was. I was nothing but nice, however she gave a nice nasty approach that I did not like and continued to cut me off whenever I spoke. Then she continued saying, yes the doctor is a busy lady after all she is a specialist... Uh duhhh that's my point in calling for her help. Anyway, she could really use a course on " how to communicate with patients". I'm not a stupid human being. I am a person and I deserve the same level of respect I gave Jamie on that call. I shouldn't even be writing this. It has nothing to do with the actual Dr. Honestly, Jamie is not the person I want to reach when I call back to follow up. I hope she actually does her job and reaches out for my records so we can get the ball rolling on me being seen. I'm not even sure she did that. She gave me no reassurance. Patients that are scared, concerned, worried, or just needing to find answers shouldn't be treated like an uneducated bum. I wasn't nasty to Jamie. Not once. She should really work on her attitude. If you were ready to go home because it's 4:30, let someone else answer the phone. Sadly, it got to the point I had to continuously ask her to slow down and reassure her that " I understood she was asking questions for the purpose of the appointment." Word of advice for Jamie... I have to see someone before I go back to my PCP visit. She wouldn't even let me get the word in that I needed a location in Tampa not Trinity. She didn't care, and that's okay because I don't either. So here's my review. Has nothing to do with Dr Jessica Stein but everything to do with Jamie who probably shouldn't have clocked in today...
