We stayed here as there were no hotels available in town during Christmas period. I found it on booking.com and it was reasonably priced. It takes about 40 mins to walk to the city center along the river and it's a lovely walk. There is plenty of public transport from here to the city center also. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and not generally included with the room. The room service is ordinary and I did not like it at all. There is a bar and restaurant for meals which was quite inflexible and would not offer any alternatives to the standard menu items. All in all an ok stay and I would probably stay here again if there are no other options available.

Because if you do anything related to the Internet you will spend a lot of time waiting. The bed is clean and soft. It's a great place to take a nap while you wait for your email to finish downloading. While you wait for a few tweets to download on Twitter, go have a meal in the restaurant. The prices are reasonable (though, typical higher-than-they-need-to-be). The service is adequate, and the food is alright (though, typical not-as-good-as-what-they-charge-you). Thinking of watching a video of cats on YoutTube? The little, video-loading spinner icon will remind you to try the bathroom. The shower is in working order, clean, and the toiletries are nice. After you've had a nice, long, luxurious bath, you'll have about 60 seconds of video ready to watch. Looking for an ipod dock or a USB port to charge your phone? Look no further. There aren't any. But we have this lovely FM radio, complete with a dial. Built into the bed side table at a 90º angle to the bed for easy access! (See my photo) And a telephone, complete with 16 buttons. Location, comfort and cleanliness are pretty good at this hotel. But the 1990s called and they want their technology back.

The shower and bathtubs were luxurious. The only thing may be that not everyone is comfortable with glass showcasing the tub. I was sharing the room with my daughter and she would have preferred privacy in her bathtub. My wife and I enjoyed our night though as a previous reviewer wrote, the floors can be a bit squeaky so we were able to sometimes hear our neighbors directly above us. The location is fantastic as there are plenty of shopping areas and restaurants. You're only a short walk to the historic downtown area as well as the train station. Parking is located about 50 meters from the hotel and the cost is 24 Euro for the night. The breakfast is 21 Euro which is a bit pricey but the food and service was excellent. The staff made omelets and freshly squeezed orange juice. If you're looking to save a few Euro there are plenty of breakfast options in the area. The room itself was very modern and comfortable and should we find ourselves back in the area we would stay here again.
