bunionectomy with a single pin…read more.... old-school techniques that have not been used in larger cities for many years..... she put in too small of a pin and then had to remove it and put in a larger size pin!... this caused my bone to shatter...my bone had to be pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle....when i woke...i was handed my xray...my son, who is a radiologist....said...they broike your foot.....When i asked Pam why i was in excruciating pain...she said i got what i asked for...i had to order the surgery report to find out why my veins in my leg were bulging so bad, and why did i wake up with a jolt on the operating table.....cuz she screwed up...literally many years ago, a dr. in the Moline Ortho office operated on a wrong limb of a patient....Pam left that org. during this time, and moved to davenport, perhaps where insurance is cheaper...i had always wondered if it was her that was the sleepy surgeon..... She had a moment of failure that led me to a great deal of pain. Thank you for the mystery Pam....you could have just told me...hey, i screwed up...literally.... She also cut the top of my foot (2-3inches)....the area between the metartsals.....i have quite a scar visible in all my sandals....she did not inform me before the surgery that i would have this unsightly scar.... i cannot recommend Pam Davis unless you like hidden surprises. i recently got a 2nd opinion on her work from a surgeon in California....he questionned the length of the incision....5 inches down the side of my foot.....he said his incisions are half that long......he also questionned why there was an incision on the top of my foot.......

I'll give her 1 star for being on time for the appt. in office. 2 stars for "appearing to be a…read moreconcerned surgeon", yes "appearing" in the 1st appt. Do NOT ever express your heartfelt feelings of how you may possibly be afraid to have a surgery done, or have more questions to her. This woman doesn't have time for it. You are questioning her, HUGE MISTAKE. She has that "God mentality being a surgeon." I faced a lasting lifetime decision and wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. WRONG with her, she treated me like I was cuckoo. She has ZERO compassion as she showed it that day. I thank God I didn't have her do the surgery. I was told the truth by a world class surgeon in another city, NOT to have the surgery, as my pain would never go away. Bittersweet yes, but I want the truth, and all she did was sugarcoat it. I am also glad I didn't have it done, as I read the other review of her on here, I feel bad for that woman who did have hers. I wish more people knew about Yelp, we are simply telling our own truthful experience.

This review is for the URGENT CARE and not for the PT. The staff with the exception of Nancy is…read morerude and incompetent. Candy answers the phone and speaks to you in person like you are bothering her and ruining her day. It's ironic, because when I brought up her attitude to her she said she was shocked because she is the director and nobody had ever complained to her before. The medical technician staff made me go to the bathroom in a cup and didn't verify all of the reasons why I was there so they didn't tell me that I needed to provide two samples, one for a protein check and another for a pre-employment drug screen, so after I emptied my bladder and came out of the restroom I made a comment that it was strange that I was allowed to flush after because you typically can't when taking a drug test, the technician said that she didn't know that I needed to have a drug screen done and that I would have to give another urine sample. Since I had emptied my bladder thy suggested that I wait in the waiting room for 2 hours until I could go again. I asked if they could give me a few glasses of water and the technician said I could have some water and she gave me water from their dispenser and said I could have up to five glasses that size of water. Dice I was moving into a new home I needed to get back so I drank the water as directed, had my physical and then gave another urine sample. By the way, the drug screen came back negative but too diluted so I had to have another one done. At least I'm not paying for them buy I don't think my employer should have to either. While having my eyes checked another woman in the back came out and announced that she was "so (expletive that starts with an "f" and ends in "ing") mad". Now I swear like a sailor, but I don't think that type of language is appropriate in the workplace. All in all, my experience here was less than pleasant and I will not be returning!

This is for the Urgent Care side and not the PT part. This place is a joke. The doctor, Naomi…read moreChelli, is a horrible doctor that does not know how you diagnosis patients. I hurt my knee at work 2 months ago. My work took me to this place to be treated. They treated my knee as a sprain. Chelli ordered x-rays to be done and then an MRI because she found a small blip on the xray. So I get my MRI done and then have an appointment with Chelli to go over the results. She stood in the exam room and flat out told me that she doesn't know how to read the MRI results and then she say there is a cartilaginous defect in my knee that was the result of a childhood defect or something similar. She told me to go see a doctor to get these looked at and so I did. The doctor I went too was a knee specialist who said to me, what more then likely what happened was a partial dislocation of the knee cap which slid and hit some cartilage and knocked it loose. Now because of this shitty doctor's opinion, work comp is not going to pay for the knee scope. I do not recommend going to see this doctor and no chance in hell I will be going back.
