Here is his word-for-word response. "I was not there. You should have been there if you needed this info. Patience - your not in New York. They came again and charged us $1000 for another computer control mother board though my wife stood and watched him take the old one (purchased from them a year earlier) out and put it back in. We traveled extensively for 3 months but still left several unanswered messages and two emails that the elevator still wasnt functioning and we had been over charged. Finally got ahold of Stevie and told him we had been over charged and after 5 visits and $10k in charges, the elevator still isnt working. He replied that he needed to get back to his office and research our elevator. He called back later and exclaimed I am appalled that you would call me to fix your elevator when you have an unpaid invoice that is 4 months old! You need to pay your bills like every one else!!! I asked why i would want to pay for services misbilled and did not fix the issue. He said that obviously we arent smart enough to run the equipment. I told him i wasnt going to pay him for an elevator that still isnt working after paying him for five visits and he said then ill lein your home!!!! I told him to go for it, take me to court and we will see how surprised he is at the outcome. Im contracting with a company out of Georgia that actially knows what they are doing and gladly paying them for the added travel. Its unfortunate there arent many choices for elevator service or by the reviews this company would of been out of business a long time ago. Pursuing BBB and legal avenues for restitution from this unethical person.

These people are basically thieves…read more They delivered a brand new elevator with hydraulic fluid stains all over the walls I had to haggle with them to even get $100 off let alone no replacement when it was first installed The service personnel that installed it left their McDonald's wrappers and all of their ties underneath the elevator when it stopped working and was drawn up the floor, I saw all the trash left behind The elevator stopped working they sent a technician out. They told me that for $350 I would be able to use warranty to fix whatever issues arose from it not working. Once the technician came out and told me that my hydraulic seals were gone, not only was it not covered under warranty. The service charge was exorbitant because he got it to work left, and it stopped working before he left the property. They suggested hydraulic seal replacement replacements at close to $2000 I worked on getting another elevator company out here alchemy their technician was able to fix the elevator. Only charge me $225 even though we traveled further and confirm that I did not have an issue with leaking hydraulic seals. The challenge the charge back credit card company ruled in favor of the vendor not me. I canceled the credit card and I'm not paying that amount. Why? The second time, the service tech that cam out was either high, or had been locked in a car with someone getting high. REEKED of pot. I called and told the company. Did they do anything when three days later the lift quit working? No. Did they quickly respond? No. As a matter of fact, it was only AFTER i had a hissy fit that they came and fixed something. A missing screw and a dirty unit. It SHOULD have been caught during the service call. Can we say LIABILITY for sending a stoned technician out to my house? To their credit, they haven't attempted to bill me for the service call.
