Her out of office reply email not only has typos/mistakes in it but she wasn't back in the office on the day that she said she would be. She's made mistakes in our plan, she added home owners to our plan to save us money and we don't own a home. I send her emails with my insurance cards attached and she still asks me what my policy number is. I wish I could use progressive without her getting a commission but whatever, it is what it is.
