I introduced myself. She never asked me anything. Handed me my health records and said she could not take me on as a patient. Told me to go to another dentist but they were not taking on new patients. I asked her staff to contact this other office to get me in as a referral from her of which she never did. She offered me no other referrals. The other office did recommend someone in Mill Valley but a biological dentist who I won't see as they are very expensive and I don't believe in their philosophy. This dentist must have looked at my records right before she walked into my room and made me feel very upset as she did not look into my mouth, ask how my tooth pain was, no concern for my mouth pain. She turned me away after I drove all the way to her Sebastopol office after waiting 2-1/2 weeks to see her. I had taken antibiotics of which I had on hand but she did not care enough to offer any help to my painful teeth problems. Just sent me away. A very unprofessional dentist and I would not recommend this office or her to anyone. I have never been treated like this by any professional ever.
