My experience with sai dental was absolutely amazing. I called in with extreme toothache, the receptionist was supler friendly and was able to get me in right away due to my circumstances. I got to meet Dr Sharma who was really comforting and advised me with the right thing to do to. Within 1 hour they were able to get me out of pain . I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service and appreciative of it. Their prices are very affordable, they even offered me a low payment plan that helped me so much. I became a new patient at this office at the beginning of the year. My first appointment l had my X-rays and exam and teeth cleaning. The dentist informed me l had a cavity and said l needed a crown, l am very sensitive about my teeth and l know that l have excellent dental hygiene and the last cavity l had was almost 5 years ago at that time my previous dentist advised on a crown due to there being an existing filling and that it would not be advisable to just do a filling. This dentist said l needed a crown with no discussion. I had a dental friend look at the area where the supposed cavity is and it does not warrant a crown a filling could work. I left with an estimate and an appointment. I had to cancel the appointment and did not reschedule as l was gone most of the spring and summer. During this time l received so many texts and calls from the office wanting to schedule the crown appointment. When l returned l called to schedule my cleaning and let the receptionist know, l did not want a crown that l would like a filling. Her response was, you can talk to the dentist about that. I went to my appointment yesterday and upon arriving l came into the office to let the receptionist know that l had lost my key to my bike and l would not be leaving my bike outside unlocked. She informed me there would be a $65.00 cancellation fee. I told her okay, l guess l won't be retuning then. She then said goodbye and good luck. I have never had someone in an office be so rude and unhelpful, aside from the lack of customer service and unprofessional attitude. I told my friends about this over coffee this morning and all agreed l dodged a bullet having that office as my provider. I would not recommend this dental office and definitely get second opinions on any work you may be told you need from this office. read more

Absolutely shady dentist office. They ended up working on several different teeth then they originally planned with me. The teeth they worked on I had no problems or sensitivity. But sense they worked on them I have been left in pain for the last year. Originally they were going to crown one of my teeth and then fix another cracked tooth. After 4 visits with them they ended up fixing none of the teeth that I had asked them and that they planned to. The teeth they did fill cavities in supposedly, have been left sensitive and in pain. Only option I was giving to from them was to spread some high fluoride based toothpaste on the sensitive area and let it sit there to stop the pain. I am going to call them and have them send over all of the original X-rays and everything they did when they I took me as a patient. That way I can prove with my new dentist this is a shady dentist group and no one not even their pet dog should get work done here. read more

I had several crowns installed in 2017 and when I received them I noticed I experienced pain where the crowns were put. I had to change how I chewed expecting the pain would fade... Unfortunately, the pain hasn't faded. I've come to the conclusion the crown was done incorrectly and not up to standard. read more

I had a similar experience to another client that posted a review...I was told I had 7 cavities and needed a deep cleaning. I was alarmed because I haven't had seven cavities total in my entire life (36 years). So, I got a second opinion from my dentist who I have been seeing for the last 14 years (in CO). He said I have NO cavities and did not need a deep cleaning. Just a regular cleaning and flossing daily is all I needed. He looked at their treatment plan, diagnosis, and x-rays and said that they were just stains in the places where Sai Dental said were cavities. My old Dentist was shocked by Sai Dental's diagnosis and treatment plan! I called to let them know and they stood by their diagnosis and said "their dentist is conservative". No chance I will be returning and I would never consider referring someone here. read more

I was a new, nervous patient. I have quite a few dental issues which need attention. I was having a hard time getting to the dentist but the pain drove me to find someone. Immediately the staff who answered the phone made me feel at ease. She was professional and considerate. I felt comfortable with making an appointment. On my first appointment they did full mouth x-rays and assessment for only $99! I made an appointment for a molar removal which was a week and a half out. It seemed like a long time to wait, but I was willing. The next day I got a call saying they had a cancellation and I could come in the next day. I was very nervous and the Dr. Prescribed a sedative for which I was grateful. I arrived for my appointment and did not have to wait, they were ready as soon as I got there. The Dr. removed my molar without wrenching my jaw, like others have. He simply and gently removed it. I cannot recommend this practice enough. read more

Staff is not very friendly, but also not straight up rude. Doctor is absolutely a waste of time. Besides referring to a periodontist, no questions can be answered from Sandeep, rushed thru the appt, spent less than 5 mins with me for the entire hour I had been there. My wife and I visited Sai Dental after being referred by folks at Bernstein Orthodontics. While the staff was friendly and professional, we were both told that we had multiple cavities, I needed two crowns, and that my wife had 8 cavities and was early stages of periodontal disease (hopefully spelled that right). I unfortunately had already completed by treatment but my wife went to our previous dentist in Denver as she hadn't had cavities in years. She was told that she had no cavities and a deep clean was completely unnecessary as was the "early stage periodontal disease" that the dentist had stated. Still determining on what actions we would like to take against Sai Dental but this is quite alarming. Stay clear! read more

Dr.Shama's professional & personable demeanor was very comforting in what could've been a stressful time. He was able to help me when my primary dentist was unavailable. I was first referred to Sai Dental by my manager and have since then been going to Sai Dental now for the last 3-4 years and the staff there are great and very nice, very welcoming. They are professional and are very flexible with pay plans depending what your situation is. They have very economical prices for people who do not have dental insurance which is the main reason why I decided to check them out.
