We were charged about $400 for a service call and they left. I had a similar experience with several other "Name" companies here in Orange County. The guys just want to 'sell' new systems to people who have older units. this wouldn't be a problem if they were completely shot and non functioning. But these guys just didn't want to take the time to figure out the problem and fix it. Needless to say, I was able to find someone else from a smaller local service that pinpointed the problem ordered the parts and came back to install them for about 1% of the cost these guys wanted to charge me to replace my unit. It's still working a year later with no problems! Go figure! Never again!

This company did an OUTSTANDING job, assessing and repairing my drainage needs. I had basement…read moreflooding after rains, due to the water level buildup around my house. Bill Jacobs did not try to "upsell me" over the phone, telling me possible solutions that were less complicated than I anticipated. He assessed the issue, evaluated the drainage piping issues and suggested least expensive solutions first, with further review once accessing the drain pipes. He communicated extremely well around appointment times, during the project, even showing pictures to explain how the progress was going. He made improvements over what the builder failed to do, burying gutter downspouts and connecting all drainpipes around the house. His crew unfortunately cut my underground electric dog fence, which was my fault as I forgot to indicate the lines. They told me what they had done and fixed it themselves the next day. After the job was completed, they cleaned up the site perfectly and threw down hay until grass regrows. Bob then took me around the house explaining all that he did, and answered all of my questions. Bob Jacobs is a man of his word, is honest, communicative and shows pride in his work. He correctly assessed what needed to be done, as the area flooded weeks later and my basement is dry!! Bill and his crew are among the few who I'd hire again and again. You aren't going to find better and his pricing is very fair.
