And finally, her third appointment that we are five minutes away from hitting the hour mark of waiting to be called back yet again.

This doctor refuses or just doesn't care that my health has improved drastically in the last 10 years because of the meds I'm taking. Refusing to fill a patient's meds after 20 years of the same meds is ridiculous. Apparently he's not even a doctor? Customer service?There is none. The people answering the phones don't know what they're doing. I'm so dissapointed. I shouldn't have to call for a week to try to get my meds. Their corporate office is the same number you call to make appointments as well, which is odd. I'll be searching for a new medical doctor in the New Year. Good luck at this place.

I saw this doctor for years, and throughout that time, I felt dismissed, unheard, and not taken…read moreseriously. She often came across as cold and lacking empathy. Whenever my labs showed concerning results, she would blame the issues on medication or tell me I had anxiety. Even after I stopped taking all medications for months, my concerns were still dismissed. Over time, my symptoms and conditions worsened. I eventually found another endocrinologist who actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously. After reviewing my labs and ordering additional testing, he confirmed that my results pointed to the issue I had been concerned about for years. When I brought those results back to this doctor, she still dismissed them. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, she accepted payment for the final appointment and then told me she would no longer see me because I had found another doctor. I feel like I wasted years trying to get help, only to be made to feel like I was imagining things. I suffered for a long time while trying to figure out what was wrong on my own.
