I had a visit with Dr. Coyer earlier today to treat an ingrown toenail that had been causing me pain for about 2 weeks, and my experience could not have been better. First things first, I didn't have to wait around for 45 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen, which was great. The staff were also all very nice and welcoming. Dr. Coyer himself was fantastic. He was very professional and friendly and explained the entire procedure and walked me through everything. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and I was immediately pain-free; even the small numbing injection that he used was painless. I'd been nervous about getting the ingrown nail removed because I thought it would be painful, but Dr. Coyer made the entire experience pleasant and painless. What stood out to me was how friendly and welcoming Dr. Coyer was; he really makes his patients feel at ease, which is amazing. I hope to not have this issue again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going to fix it. read more

Great!! Won't sell you on x rays or mri's. I've been suffering from various foot and ankle issues for years. The cortisone shot hurtlisa like hell!!! Had no idea but this morning I feel great and with cooking Thanksgiving dinner i have been on my feet, much better!! Yah! I was limping with an undiagnosed pain on the bottom of my foot. The support staff checked daily for my medical group's approval and let me know right away when I could make an appointment, which I was able to take care of quickly and easily through a texting option they provide. They were very understanding that I ended up needing to change that initial appointment and took me in for A Saturday appointment. I was able to see Dr. Yang. I was equally satisfied with his care. He was thorough, listened well, answered my questions, gave me my options and never made me feel rushed through the process. yes appreciated his sense of compassion as well. Make no mistake this is a business and a poorly run one at that. There is absolutely no concern for patients whatsoever. You are nothing more than a walking $. Dr Coyer is great at first when he puts you on an expensive treatment plan but then doesn't bother to look at your x-rays and brings a parade of people through your appointments without your consent or even advanced notice. The phone triage system where staff from other offices answer your calls is awful. You can never reach the same person twice. Scheduling is a nightmare. The office staff will tell you one thing then lie the next day and tell you they never said it. Office staff is inconsistent and rude. Don't even get me started on the billing. They don't care about patients here. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. read more

Everything I hope for and rarely see in a doctor visit was right on the mark with this doctor. I saw booked my appointment online with Zocdoc which I love. No waiting on hold or answering a bunch of questions and I can book when it's convenient for me after business hours with Zocdoc so I love when doctors use that service. It also lets me know who is in my insurance approved list. Once the appointment was made, they sent me the forms to fill out online. Again a positive because email is not secure and that is private medical information so I'm happy when I can fill everything out ahead of time without touching pens or clipboards that others touch. The waiting area by the front desk is clean with Covid spacing signs. I checked in and was taken to an exam room in less than 5 minutes. The doctor came in within a couple minutes. He is fantastic. I like the clear communication where he identified the issue and discussion the treatment options. I decided to have the procedure done right there and then. He did the whole thing, explained the follow up to me and told me to call back if I have any further issues. I paid my bill and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I was having problems with my feet swelling and I went in and found out I had a much more severe problem than I thought. the doctor recognized the problem and sent me to the emergency room to be admitted into the hospital where during the same day I went underwent surgery. The surgeon performed the surgery and was able to take care of the problem. Great experience. I had an ingrown toenail and was a new patient. I got a quick appointment and was able to do all my new patient forms online and via text. So I'm a Registered ER nurse of 14 years and I'm pretty particular about my healthcare and services. Being completely honest Dr. Fishman's office was the best clinic I'd ever been to. I injured my foot and they were able to squeeze me which I suspect may have been inconvenient and annoying. They were polite and accommodating the entire time. Dr. Fishman is also a solid doctor who also knows his stuff. I've been to 2 other places where they had absolutely no clue where my pain was coming from. I'm hesitant to write a review because I don't want the appointment dates to be longer than they have to be, but game recognizes game. read more
