I came in recovering from OATS knee surgery, which isn't a common procedure, but the team had seen it before. They knew how to help me and customized every session to my specific needs. I worked with two therapists, Michael and Andrei, and both were equally outstanding. I owe a significant part of my recovery to them. Ruben Salinas was great too, checking in on my progress along the way. They didn't just understand what I needed clinically, they were human and personable throughout. I genuinely looked forward to going in. Surgery and PT are tough. They made a difficult process manageable, encouraged me, and coached me through every step. Technically, they're sharp. They know their stuff, they listen, and they show up prepared every session. You don't feel like you're being shuffled through a process, which is what most PT environments feel like. So, I needed to reschedule my session and sent a text to the number that helped me reschedule a previous appointment and wished me a happy Easter. I also called the day of and left a message asking to come earlier or the following day. I subsequently received a text 2 hours after my appointment saying, since I no-showed all future appointments are cancelled. I was also told that text messages are automated. See below for said texts. When I explained the texts were sincere, I was put on hold for 4 minutes. I have 16 future appointments. Sadly this company will lose out on the thousands of dollars over poor customer service. You are not the only joint in town. You can do better

I got an appointment very quickly and today was my first appointment. My goodness Leslie PT , DPT is beyond amazing! I had been dealing with chronic pain in my shoulder, low back and hips for years. I had been to…read morephysical therapy,chiropractors, and pain management before without much relief so I had given up hope that I could feel better. After the birth of my son, it was recommended I go to pelvic floor therapy. I honestly didn't expect much, but boy was I wrong. Lesley is so knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure whatever ails you is improved if not resolved. She listened to me list of all my acute and chronic issues and made plans to address all of if, rather than just one issue that was on the referral like at traditional PT. She would do both manual therapy and give me exercises to do at home that were reasonable for a mom of a 3 month old. I never felt rushed out the door at our appointments. Just the opposite, she would take her time and make sure we had addressed all my concerns/pains and that I understood how to do the exercises. During sessions she would always explain what she was doing and why and was happy to answer any and all questions I had. I'm happy to say with 2 months of visit, I've seen a tremendous improvement in all of my pain. I can finally walk without sciatica from my S.I joint issues and I can exercise again without pain in my back, hips or shoulder. My pelvic floor issues have also resolved. I had to move unexpectedly, but I have no doubt that if I had had a few more sessions, everything would have been completely resolved. I can't recommend Lesley enough.
