Dr. Laurent and the regular assistant are great. I gave this place three stars because they mainly put you to do therapy with students. They did the evaluation and not once did the regular PT on site talk to me about the results or supervise the student. I had been going to Core for a few weeks. They didn't massage or use heat. At first I thought it was going ok. They don't book hardly any appointments. They say you can do yourself at home.? I have pinched nerves in my back . So I really didn't get any therapy and nothing changed much for my pain. So they evaluated me and said your done. ? What? Right after they told me to do a streach that hurt and expected me to keep going and I pulled my back out! Very bad place if your needing pt. Keep looking I would say . read more

This place is absolutely fantastic. They have helped me a lot with my back issues. I tend to get different therapists each time I go, but I don't mind at all, because they are all great. Shout out to CORE Physical Therapy in Anaheim Hills. Just finished my longest/fastest run in 3 months. Not quite where I used to be prior to an accident (back problems) but a step in the right direction. I did 4 months at a place prior with no results then went to Core Physical therapy for 4 weeks and really feel results and continue to do the exercises they showed me at home. This place DENIED me medical treatment because I have a mask exemption. Not only that, the front office girls are extremely rude and condescending. They were talking to me like I was a child with their condescending attitude. They could've cared less about my well being. Never have I been so patronized over a mask exemption. They cancelled my appointment and refused medical care while they humiliated me and shamed me at the same time. This place is so small that their doctors MUST know how rude their office staff is and they must be exactly the same way. Then, they had the audacity to tell my doctor I refused care because I didn't agree with their mask policy. Core Physical Therapy is phenomenal! During the past year I was a patient for an arm issue and more recently a sciatic nerve issue in my left leg. Dr. Pham and Jon worked with me on both these severe issues. They are absolutely the most professional and wonderful therapists! I can't say enough positive things about them. I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying going to C.O.R.E physical therapy in Anaheim Hills off Chaparral St. The staff are very kind, helpful, and encouraging. Dr. Pam also made sure to adjust my knee therapy according to my limits and abilities and all staff answered the multitude of questions I kept asking about my injury lol. That definitely helped to make me feel at ease knowing they are there to really help me get better. I am now in their STEP therapy program and I am enjoying it as well. I have used CORE PT Anaheim twice a week for three weeks. I was very concerned about the strength of my knee/leg after an injury. Each week Dr. Reekstin and Dr. Pham met with me and moved my recovery forward. I always felt comfortable and safe. I learned that continued exercise, now and after my CORE PT experience, will bring me all the way to total knee health. The best thing about CORE PT Anaheim is Gio Barajas. Recently I had the pleasure of taking my mother-in-law to CORE PT: she is an 83-year old active woman who was suffering with vertigo. Dr. Pham did her evaluation and he was fantastic: very caring, and listened to her every word. He was able to identify her problem and recommend exercises and lifestyle changes that had an almost immediate effect on her quality of life. After that we saw Becca twice a week to do the challenging exercises recommended for Mom's problem. Becca was also great: she was professional, gentle, patient and explained everything so well. The staff at this facility were very polite and friendly. I have been to a few PT facilities and this one is excellent. Remember the golden rule: treat others as you want them to treat you. Nothing but great things to say about CORE! From the first time I set up my eval appointment I've been treated with care by the staff. Everyone from Kristen at the front desk, who is always friendly and answers scheduling appointments, to Briana who aide's the therapists and goes above and beyond to make sure you complete you exercises the right way by modeling them and cheering you on, to Dr. Pham, who is a wonderful person and truly makes you feel important. I've been under Dr. Pham's care for a knee injury and from the get go he was eager to make me feel better. He has great communication skills which makes you know and feel that he's attentive to your needs and concerns!! His work ethic is truly phenomenal!
