Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond. The driveway turned out beautifully. As I said, perhaps a bit more expensive, but if you are someone who cares about quality and value for your money, I highly recommend.

There were multiple instances when he was telling subcontractors that he doesn't have money, at the same time requesting us to pay us him upfront 100%, without even completing the project! He hires people who are not properly trained, and then he blames them that they don't listen to him. His people are working long hours, including weekends, and instead of supervising them, he spends time with his family. The quality of work is extremely poor, but his attitude is even worse and completely unacceptable!!! Do not recommend working with them
