From it I learned that they accept text messages, which is how I decided to reach out to them. I am so glad that I did... THE PROJECT I needed concrete curbing to line my pavers with 18" distance between them. I also needed curbing around another area in the center of my back yard. THE WORK The owner of the company, Jeremy, was able to come out to my house on the SAME DAY that I first contacted them. Also on the SAME DAY, my husband & I were given a quote for the work that we needed to have done. Jeremy was extremely(!) thorough on describing the work that would be done, and what we should expect. He had a booklet where we could select our color and style. He also had concrete samples of each color for an alternate visual. I really appreciated being able to see the samples. There are a lot of very nice colors & styles, so selecting the right one can be a challenge! Jeremy & his crew arrived as scheduled and made the entire project seem easy. On the install day, they took their time with the curbing and were completed before noon. They angled the curbing beautifully, considered drainage, and sealed it. TIP: Request a double seal for the most accurate booklet color match. Our new curbing is solid quality work. We can walk on it. It has rained many times since it has been installed with no weather or drainage issues. It has had lawn work done around it for a couple months now with no issues. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE Jeremy was very direct at times, but always respectful. He gave his opinions and advice. This can come off as abrasive to some people, however, we appreciated it because he was the expert (knew what would & wouldn't work well) and we prefer a direct discussion anyway! He did not try to up-sell us or squeeze as much money as he could out of us. In fact, thanks to his advice, we elected to not add curbing in an area where we originally thought that we would want it. He did not rush through his explanations and was very clear on what we would experience during a curbing installation. We were happy to have no surprises during this project, thanks to the amount of details that Jeremy was willing to share with us. Infinity was extremely reliable. I cannot tell you how much reliability means to me. I appreciated that they returned texts, did not cancel/postpone the scheduled install date, and was willing to followup with me after the job was completed to make sure that we were happy. Mikey came out and said that wasn't necessary, that he would charge $150/hr and could fix it in a couple of hours...6 days (most of which he showed up in the evening and staid until late into the night) and $3,450.00 later, this is what he left me with. He said he would come back and fix it, but after seeing the entirety of what he did, I don't want him back on my property to do more damage and leave more mess. The system not only looks crudely constructed, it doesn't work at all. I had the company installing my sod send their irrigation guy out to assess what would be needed to repair it properly, and yep, the whole job needs to be ripped out and re-done. I requested a full refund of what I paid as I now have to pay again for the labor and parts, but Mikey is unwilling to do that. I am asking Yelp to honor their $2,500 guarantee and will be filing suit in small claims court for the remaining $950. I can't reply to your reply, Michael, but as you are the 'contractor' and the person that did this work, you know that you have been telling me you would be out since July 27th, the day after you finished the work. It is not my job to tell you to come clean up the job site and fix the shoddy job, though I've been requesting such since August 12th.

They always leave the yard better than when they started and Greg calls you and makes sure it is done the way you wanted it done. I had them put in a new yard after mine died and had to put in a sprinkler system so I could get a pest agent to even look at the lawn. They not only took care of the lawn and the sprinkler for a reasonable price and quick but found me a great pest management company too. I love them so much I hired them to cut my lawn and just recently built me a new fence. The fence had to be done quickly because of HOA issues they put up the fence and talked to the HOA for me, so I had more time to get the new fence installed. They are the most polite, wonderful, helpful, honorable group of men I have ever worked with, and I am Blessed to have found them. I highly recommend them for any job.

Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond. The driveway turned out beautifully. As I said, perhaps a bit more expensive, but if you are someone who cares about quality and value for your money, I highly recommend.
