Drivers drive recklessly on the road to or from destination. When making a complaint to the company about their driver they seem very unbothered. Not even an apology for their driver almost running me off the road. License plate PEEL 25 watch out for that guy driving. read more

Orange Peel left me hanging this morning at 5:30 in the morning when I have a 7:05 flight. They came early and when I came downstairs they'd left. I called and they had no drivers to take me to the airport and no alternative suggestions. Find some other way to the airport folks! read more

I have used Orange peel Transportation numerour times to transport me and/or my family to the airport or cruise terminal. They are always prompt, courteous, helpful and most important ON TIME!!! My most recent trips were 3/15/13 & 3/23/13. On the 23rd our plane was delayed several hours, the driver was there waiting to take us home...it was after midnight. He even brought our luggage into the house. You could not find a better group of people to work with for your transportation needs. read more

Stunt drivers? For a transportation service, the passengers safety is paramount. Apparently safety doesn't apply to the other drivers on the road. One of the big buses, PEEL 11, decided to cut across 3 lanes of traffic on S. Independence with no turn signal, cutting off all the cars in those lanes. It appeared he was coming off the highway but taking 3 lanes quickly in one shot during excessive traffic is unsafe. I know I had to honk and the car to my left did as well. He ended up making a left on Va. Beach Blvd, turning on his turn signal AFTER he got into the turn lane. Crazy driver, but I guess he can always say "But, did you die?" read more

Reliable, safe and always on time. I haven't experienced any issues with safety from any of the drivers I've had and the vehicles are clean and nice. We used Orange Peel Transportation for a business trip to Hampton Roads because we went on a few site visits in the area. They were great. Not only did they have a nice range of vehicle sizes, they were flexible, well priced, and professional. We had some last-minute hiccups with our trip - there was a bad storm that knocked out the power and air conditioning at our meeting space. Van smelled of weed both times we used it that night and music was terrible but other than that it was a good ride

We hired orange peel for our wedding shuttle, and were told that the bus would make stops wherever we requested. The plan was to stop at the afterparty (2 blocks away from the hotel), followed by a stop at the hotel. The bus driver refused to stop at the afterparty and indicated he could only do what was "on his paper" despite my polite request to just drive the 2 blocks for the bus full of people. We would not have hired orange peel if we had known this was going to be the case. We were told otherwise. read more
