The Walmart in West Orange TX will not honor their products. Walked in and purchased a Canon Ink…read morecartridge for over $60 dollars. The Color cartridge was defective. When back in with the receipt and they said I had to go back to Canon for a refund even thought their web page says they have a 30 return policy. Asked for the Manage and was told he was on vacation. Asked when he would be back so I can talk to him. I was told they cannot give out that information. This is a lot of money, and I feel like they are stealing from me. If I have to go back to Canon, then I have to pay for shipping. They could have replaced the defective product but instead this will cost them a valued customer. These low level employees do not care if the company loses a valued customer. I will not shop there anymore.

While every Wally World in SETX has converted to the Super WM…read morecategory, this one is still smallish, cramming its merchandise into a footprint that at one time had been spacious. Besides, there's no room for them to expand. Surprisingly, there have been a few times when I went to get something at the WM close by my house, and they didn't have it! If I didn't feel like doing the somewhat stressful drive to North Beaumont, I'd speed through the countryside to the Bridge City WM. Most of the time, the Bridge City WM had what I was looking for. Claustrophobics, beware: The aisles are too narrow to turn your buggy around. That's how crammed in things are here. Staff are their normal unhelpful selves. No grocery section, but they do have nearly everything else. So if you want to pick up some food along with your household goods, then walk a short way across the parking lot to Popeye's. They reopened near the end of 2025. Have fun . . .

They also offer a full-service pool service, providing full-time, year-round, expert pool maintenance & repairs. That being said....this place is expensive. Now, if you're independently wealthy or a lottery winner, this is the pool store for you. It would be nice, but frankly I do not need a $4000 patio set to complete my outdoor experience. I balance my own water and don't need somebody to tell me the pH is low, but if you have problems with Algae or the like, they may have some useful guidance for you....but then again so does Google. I am a bit perturbed that they do not repair pool pump and filter equipment....this is more or less a 3.5 star rating rounded up to 4 because I know they do good design and installation work.
