In Corvallis Sept 5 Guy was going under speed limit so I went around him in another lane.. mind you this is a 3 lane one way road.. as I got on to the highway I realized dude crossed 3 lanes and was behind I continued heading home.. I got off the highway about 4-5 miles later another 2 miles home and as I pulled into where I live the driver was still following me.. he rolled down his window and began cursing at me with my child in the back seat!! I said that I needed a guarantee that he will be picked up in time to get him to the doctor on time when the guy said, "There is no guarantees in life, buddy." A local transient came to my restaurant with a good bit of money. Asked me to call him a cab. I did. Cab driver came - I missed the beginning but I came out to find him screaming obscenities st the transient. I intervened & he screamed & verbally abused me, said he asked me on phone if it was a paying customer & I said yes (cause the dude had cash) & the cab driver told me that was 'secret language' for is the customer a vagrant. I answered that I do not know the secret language & he looked like a paying customer to me. The cab driver did not want the transient in his cab. Fine, he should decline the customer & drive away. He stood on the street screaming & cursing for quite a while them stood on the street for another 15 minutes talking to a passerby about it. He abused the transient for 'claiming to be a vet falsely" etc. when I told him I am a vet & was not offended in the least the cab driver screamed at me about "waving my flag". Pick a side, man. You either support vets or you don't. I hesitated about posting this until I read the other reviews. Sounds like this guy has lots of problems with being a decent human. 10 minutes of listening to the driver complain that local people suck compared to people in Boise. Twice called an 80 yr old woman a bi*ch because she didn't pay him enough attention at her business. I asked no questions. All his pearls of wisdom come unsolicited. I called several times because my cab was running late. After the cab was a half an hour late, I called again to find out my cab was taking another passenger. They blamed it on the passenger, claiming someone stole my cab, but it is ridiculous they have no simple procedure to make sure they are picking up the correct passenger. They could asK to confirm a name, phone number, or destination. I had to wait for over an hour to get my car. Do not recommend if you can avoid this mode of transport read more

It was gameday and it was such a blowout that we decided to leave before the end of the 4th. Unfortunately Uber & Lyft aren't in Corvallis yet, so we called for a taxi. Usually we can get ride because it's so much easier than parking, plus one of the group is partially disabled and walking long distances isn't an option, but we couldn't this time. So we call and arrange to meet the taxi at the Garden Inn across from the stadium (i even said it was across from the stadium). He says no problem and will be there in 10 minutes. So after waiting 10 minutes in the cold he calls and says the road is blocked off. No, traffic wasn't completely blocked, but yes, on gameday they re-route traffic. Everyone should know this, especially a "taxi driver". So we point that out to him and suggest he basically go around the block and can pick us up. No response. Then I ask where he is and if we can just walk a down the road to get picked up. No response. Literally NO RESPONSE! He doesn't say anything. So we start walking and I'm asking him where he is. This is where I'd like to point out that he called from the same number I dialed initially and he called my phone back, so clearly it's a cell phone. Not much of a taxi company (used to legit companies like Broadway Cab). His response is just "oh well". Really?! I wanted to murder this guy. You're just going to leave 3 women stranded for a ride? In the cold, at night, far from anything? So I hang up and call right back and of course it's him. So I'm once again asking him where he is so we can get picked up. Of course now it's super busy because the game is over. This jerk just doesn't care. So as we're walking and I'm trying to see if there are other taxi companies (no one else is even answering their phone) we see the jerk picking people up about 2 blocks from where we were. Seriously? You could have just told me what corner you were at and that you were really close so we could have walked down like I asked! We were needing to go quite a distance too, so he gave up a large fare at that point. Fortunately my mom actually takes the bus now and again and knew where the hub was, because I certainly didn't (many stops nearby aren't running on game day). So we are walking quite a distance (my friend was in excruciating pain at this point) and the bus was just about to leave when we got there. She was kind enough to wait a few minutes for my friend to catch up. This idiot almost made us miss the last bus even by making us wait for a ride that wasn't coming. I just can't believe his attitude. Who does that? If someone calls a taxi it's because they need a ride. He couldn't care less and I hope Uber and Lyft come put this jerk out of business - SOON! This guy is the WORST person and if he's actually an employee he should absolutely be fired immediately! You never leave a fare stranded like that. read more

Outstanding, safe. service!!!! Offers cab rides, moving service and delivery (for non-delivery restaurants lol). My driver was really friendly. We had a good conversation but I also had a chance to fall asleep and nap in the car. I used their services for a few days and the driver was always on time. Additionally, he offers a "leasing service@ for a flat fee per hour. This means, for that flat fee, he'll help you move, or run errands to the bank or grocery stores & etc. Finally, he also offers a service that if you're sick and you'd like him to pick up takeout for you from a shop, and deliver it, he can do that! Hell of course charge you the can fare it took to get there and all but I think it's a cool concept. read more

DO NOT CALL THIS TAXI COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BAD ATTITUDE!!!! RUDE!!!! LEFT WITHOUT EVEN TAKING THE PASSENGER WE CALLED FOR!!! If I didn't have to pick 1 star, I wouldn't have. We are a medical office and called this taxi service to come take one of our patients to the ER. It was not life-threatening so we felt that calling the ambulance wasn't necessary, so we thought it would be simple to call a taxi for them. We were informed it was going to take 25 minutes, ok no problem. When the "driver/owner" showed up he walks in and says "someone called a taxi" with an attitude as if we had completely interrupted his very important day. We told him they were just outside and followed him outside to look for them. The driver walks straight back to the taxi, gets in, and drives off!!! We called 541.979.6622 hoping to speak with a manager or owner in regards to this incident. Unfortunately, the driver that left answered the phone and is, apparently, the owner. When asked about the incident, he became VERY defensive and rudely asked if we still needed a taxi. We informed him that the patient got a ride from someone else since he just left without taking them. Again, he rudely asked if we needed a taxi. We expressed how terrible his customer service was and he asked if we were going to "reprimand him" and "he doesn't have time for this". We WILL be reporting him to the BBB. We couldn't believe how AWFUL his customer service was and are now thankful that our patient didn't have to endure that on their way to the ER. read more

I have recently discovered Orange Taxi. For years I used a different taxi service in Corvallis, they had become unreliable. One day when other taxi companies had an hours wait we called Orange Taxi. What a pleasant surprise. The taxi arrived promptly, the taxi itself was very clean inside, the driver was polite but also fun. All of our group enjoyed talking with him as he drove us to our destination. Orange Taxi has rates that are a bit lower than most cabs in town. What I liked is the dispatcher is honest about when a cab can be there. Not take the call, tell you they'll be there and show up 45 minutes later. They also use vans so if you want to haul groceries or other items there's lots of space, they do deliveries too, prescriptions, food, and such. Orange Taxi is my 'go to' cab service from now on. read more

A Racist driver with no manners at all, once I got in his car and he started saying racist things to me just because I gave a wrong address by mistake, he was shouting at me and I didn't feel safe at all.
