They also did not allow me to cancel my membership over the phone. I had to go back into the gym, in person, to cancel it. Do not expect any grace from this business, Crush Fitness, for it is not in their policy, which the reminded me of often.

I usually spend about two hours at the gym doing cardio, weight training, and more cardio, as I'm working toward specific body goals. But I can't afford to neglect my work. I've been here for a couple of months now- and have LOVED every second of it! I am a mother of 4 all under the age of 4. So, this is helping me loose ALL of my unwanted baby weight! I also have noticed my energy levels, happiness, mental clarity, and strength have all increased tremendously! Can't wait to see what happens in the months to come! I would 100% recommend to anyone with any level of athleticism. The classes are 4 15 min rounds with varying from the treadmill to floor workouts. I have also yet to have the same workout, which keeps you on your toes and makes it way more fun!! The facilities are also all new and the showers are awesome. They do have a towel service for hand towels, bath towels, and sweat towels. Your first time is always free so just try it!!!

I also enjoyed Sydney's classes. Unfortunately, I thought their lead coach, Vassar, was the WORST lead head coach I've seen across the 75-100 studios I've been to so far. He is abrasive, confrontational, and makes awkward attempts to "flirt" with female clients while on a live mic. He confronted me for "rowing too quickly", which was unprofessional and ridiculous. He also went out of his way several times to confront me for using my phone while I was on the stationary bike (which is clearly SUCH a safety hazard, I've fallen off that stationary bike so many times *eye roll*. I never run and use my phone on the treadmill, common sense goes a long way sometimes. Finally, Kelsey, the studio manager, did a poor job handling the situation when I voiced my dissatisfaction with Vassar. This makes sense given how the studio just doesn't have a "happy" vibe. It starts from the top. In contrary the Woodruff Rd location and even Greer locations are GREAT! Both have different managers.

There's cardio to begin with to get the heart rate up, strength and balance movements, and yoga and stretching time on a mat. It's a great open studio with room to spread out, loud music to get you jumping, and kind and helpful instructors. I'm a bit older and out of shape so didn't keep up with the entire class, but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. You will sweat, so they provide towels. They also provide weights, balls, and mats to use during class. They also have childcare if needed. Bring your water and you'll be set.
