I've been with them for about 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. From boxing sessions, free gym hrs to do as you please, to exercise circuit class, saunas, dance classes and yoga. They also have access to heart Monitors to monitor your heart rate (which is perfect due to I am 24 weeks pregnant and it helps me keep up with my heart rate) and keeps up with your calorie burns. After every session they email you with a summary at the end of the class.. and one for each month. They also come with diet plans and challenges for the month.. My favorite part is the discount on massages. An hour massage is $65. If you're a GHS employee, this gets knocked down to $60. In cycle class I experienced one loud-mouthed, rude member. He wouldn't stop talking to his friend at a volume above the music! The instructor tried to quiet him down as it was rude to the rest of the class. This guy, at the end of class, yelled at the instructor that he will talk as loudly as he wants in class. When the instructor said "that's not polite to the other members" he stuck his butt out towards a studio full of people and screamed like a madman; "you can kiss my a**, go ahead kiss it!" over and over again. Mad! Didn't know what this guy was capable of. Had never seen anything like this happen in any of the 7 other gyms where I have been a member around the country. Crazy! It's pretty poorly run all around. Unprofessional. It's too bad bc it could be a decent facility if it were clean and better managed. Greenville needs more high-end health clubs.

I can say with complete confidence this is by far the most comprehensive and friendly program I've been a part of. I was immediately greeted by several friendly faces, including the owners of the gym, Brandon and Amy. As a fresh face to Greenville, many members were quick to offer lots of advice and take me in as a friend. After just a few weeks of attending, I felt like I was more than part of a gym; rather, I felt like I belonged to a family with similar interests and goals. In regards to programming, Brandon and Amy do an amazing job of mixing things up and pushing you to whatever your goal may be. As a physical therapist, these two do an incredible job of teaching comprehensive and proper mobility warmups. Additionally, they are great coaches and have your safety in mind unlike coaches at other gyms I've attended. The nutritionist, trainers and yoga leaders are the best, consistently there, again, invested in your journey, coaching you through to health and happiness! The cost is nothing compared to the benefits! I am actually saving money by living a clean, healthy lifestyle. The amount I am saving on "bad" food and medical bills is far outweighing my NFS costs.
