But I still have a stubborn 'lil sausage roll on my belly and was hoping this might help. The appt was sort of easy - book, pay a deposit but wait for a call to confirm. Arriving and checking in was quick and pleasant, but I didn't really receive any info on what not to do prior to my procedure, but read in the pamphlet I picked up while in the lobby that I shouldn't have worked out that morning? Oops, that would have been helpful to know! Before hand, in spite of I think 4 questionnaires and releases asking about physical / medical history where I indicated I had 2 c-sect, my technician (I think the owner Kim, she was great!) almost wasn't sure I was a candidate for an abdomen treatment if I had scar tissue (most women with multiple c-sects would have scar tissue there), and suggested an alternate treatment (+$$) and that was the part where I thought, oh, here comes the high pressure package push...but it turned out OK and I proceeded with just the cryoskin session I booked. Yes, she offered me packages that were on sale. Yes, she informed me that better results could be achieved with a pack of like 10 treatments. Do I feel like it was high pressure? No. Did this initial treatment work for me? Also no. She said most people lose 1/2 inch to 2 inches in a treatment. Lucky me, I swelled up! No "after" photos for me! In the 3 weeks that followed my treatment, I have continued my regular gym sessions, no booze and clean diet & lots of hydration, but haven't seen anything that I would say I could attribute to the cryo treatment except the loss of a couple hundred in my wallet. I think the results could be subtle but I'm just not quite ready to commit to a larger package that could easily be closer to $3k based on my first treatment. If you're on the fence, know that the whole process wasn't painful or unpleasant and surely, results could vary for every person.

I always received promotional advertisements via emails for treatments and specials that were available; (why didn't we receive an email warning customers to finish their treatments before their going-out-of-business closure?). I only found out they closed when I tried to call to schedule another appointment (unsuccessfully)... and I only learned they closed the business because of other online client reviews on Facebook (and here on this platform) stating many clients had been defrauded thousands of dollars in the same manner. This review will probably mean nothing in the long-run, but it would have been nice to have received a fair warning after investing so much money that went down the drain. Such a waste.

The attendant asked me for my pressure preference and the aromatherapy was not overwhelming or overpowering. My massage took about an hour but I had access to the facility for the day. I did leave after an hour since there wasn't much to do other than the hot tub and one sauna. Overall, I enjoyed the services but I do wish they offered more, like a pool, salt room, or other amenities.

We've been paying for a membership now for two years, but we are certainly reconsidering that decision. First of all we traveled all the way from Southern California, and we actually went to buy swimwear as so she could enjoy the amenities, beforehand as she has done before. Today she ran into a receptionist who refused to grant her that privilege, I immediately told her I could pick her up, but she told me she'd be done sooner, according to them. She said that they denied her because it was to limit the exposure to heat prior to the injections? Did some recent study just get published that says exposure to a sauna, jacuzzi or a steam room before getting injected 90 minutes prior is dangerous? I just find it hard to believe that this policy is in place when she arrived well over an hour before her appointment for them not to allow her to enter the facility with a day pass is very unpleasant action. Then to tell her that they would see her sooner but subsequently fail to meet that objective and to make her wait the entire time without any word or update is atrocious behavior. Because they did not see her sooner they basically cheated her out of a large portion of her day. How is this acceptable? How do the owners think this is treatment their clients deserve? This is as nasty as the ring at the bottom of a public toilet. You stressed my wife out, and made her far more tense than when I had initially brought her! What exactly is the point of ruining her day? Why is management unable to make good on their word? Why lie to her? Is this how you treat the people who support your business? What she hoped to be a refreshing experience turned into a nightmare. How can we possibly continue to support such an establishment in good faith? Why travel from LA? Why buy swimwear? Why have a membership here? These are the questions my experience from today are leaving me with. It enrages me that you disappointed a loyal customer and she's too sweet and kind to say it herself but the only memorable moments she'll take are that you were mean and you lied to her, and she'll probably blame herself. Not the best wellness in my opinion. This spa clearly has issues that it needs to resolve before I'd recommend anyone bringing themselves or someone they cared about here. Stay away from places like this.
