She was very clear about the entire process, the care for it, how long it might take, how much it might cost, the potential side effects, etc. - just incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgable overall. My tattoo is very small, but it's going to take a few treatments to remove...either way, I don't mind because Rachael's service and knowledge has been tremendous thus far. She called again @ 5:44 saying she didn't know the gym closed at 6 and she didn't have a laser key or door key. Really? You work there and don't know the hours or have keys ? As we're pulling into the parking lot and walking in ,I asked the nice kid at front desk if they would wait maybe a few min past 6 for us which he said Yes. At 5:47 she was already gone . My treatments take less than 5 min and would have been done by 6. Super rude and inconsiderate , as well as waste of my time , gas , numbing cream not once but twice. No apology or phone call back. Not to mention I'm pretty sure we walked right by her coming in and she didn't say a word to us .Wouldn't recommend coming here if this is how they treat paying customers . Don't be fooled .

You do not get the "pampered" vibe. More a no nonsense treatment vibe. I went for a hydrafacial - so not worth it. I have been having hyrafacials at least 4-6 times a year (except 2020) since 2015. Typically the whole process from start to finish lasts about 30-40 minutes without red light therapy. This one lasted about 25 minutes including 5 minutes of red light therapy and putting on sunscreen. Cost as a new client was $125. Does my face look better. Slightly. However, usually I come out "glowing" and slightly puffy from the process and some gunk in the tube. No glow, no puffiness and no gunk. I had gone in, trying a safe and familiar treatment, just to see if I would feel comfortable having LaserAway do other treatments. Based on this I won't be coming back. So disappointed. I wanted it to be a place I would want to go back to in the future.

I went and saw one of the other techs, and I don't recall her name, for my first tattoo removal appointment two weeks ago to have an arrow removed from my thigh. She was very chipper and jovial and made my appointment easy breezy. She told me I'd be seeing a different tech for my second appointment. Shannon first implemented Apex's location with Jensen and Co off of Mt Rose street, and now she's in a cute little house off of Eureka. Both locations are clean and welcoming. Parking was a little more tricky at Jensen and Co. With the new location, there's definitely a lot more street parking. There are stairs to get down to where I was for my laser tattoo removal appointment. I'm not sure if there's an ADA accessible entrance to the bottom floor. I've been going to his office for facial laser treatments for 2 years. Previous laser tech was wonderful, caring, knowledgeable. She has since left the practice and I met Molly today for my annual laser touchup. I am so impressed with Molly's skill and professionalism! I am an RN and her care was very thorough and nurse-like!
