My tattoo is very small, but it's going to take a few treatments to remove...either way, I don't mind because Rachael's service and knowledge has been tremendous thus far. I got there a few minutes early and called and no one answered. I stayed until about 3:15, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and called multiple times and no one answered. It's now Saturday since and has been almost a week and still have had no one return my calls or email to reschedule. Now I have to find another place to go to that I can feel like I can trust with my tattoo removal process that should've been started by now. I'm highly frustrated and disappointed.

She called again @ 5:44 saying she didn't know the gym closed at 6 and she didn't have a laser key or door key. Really? You work there and don't know the hours or have keys ? As we're pulling into the parking lot and walking in ,I asked the nice kid at front desk if they would wait maybe a few min past 6 for us which he said Yes. At 5:47 she was already gone . My treatments take less than 5 min and would have been done by 6. Super rude and inconsiderate , as well as waste of my time , gas , numbing cream not once but twice. No apology or phone call back. Not to mention I'm pretty sure we walked right by her coming in and she didn't say a word to us .Wouldn't recommend coming here if this is how they treat paying customers . Don't be fooled .

After a while, I know the clientele numbers went up so she hired other laser techs and started offering other laser services other than hair removal. I went and saw one of the other techs, and I don't recall her name, for my first tattoo removal appointment two weeks ago to have an arrow removed from my thigh. She was very chipper and jovial and made my appointment easy breezy. She told me I'd be seeing a different tech for my second appointment. Shannon first implemented Apex's location with Jensen and Co off of Mt Rose street, and now she's in a cute little house off of Eureka. Both locations are clean and welcoming. Parking was a little more tricky at Jensen and Co. With the new location, there's definitely a lot more street parking. There are stairs to get down to where I was for my laser tattoo removal appointment. I'm not sure if there's an ADA accessible entrance to the bottom floor. I will continue to support Shannon in her endeavors and she makes the whole experience super easy and stress free. 10/10 recommend for any laser needs.

The first time was a little awkward because you have to text someone for the key code to enter the front door, which makes sense because of the neighborhood and surroundings. The building has been remodeled, quite luxuriously, and I enjoy walking through and going inside. Apex is located downstairs and it has been nothing but pleasant so far and I love my technician.
