ORCA!!!!!! (2 reviews in 1.) After 26 yrs my parents house needed a new roof. I had 5 different contractors come out for an estimate. Orca was NOT the cheapest option nor the most expensive option, they ended up being middle of the road. I decided to go with them because Chris was VERY THOROUGH and explained EVERYTHING to me. The crew came out and knocked it out of the park, literally took them 2.5 days and it was done. This was back in June 2025, we are currently in the heart of winter and have had some serious rainy days and EVERYTHING's been GREAT, NO LEAKS, NO ISSUES! Fast forward to February 2026, I was so impressed by their service and workmanship I called them when the roof at my own house started to leak. (The leak was NOT because of age but the shotty workmanship from our builder Connor Homes.) I spoke to Chris again and he set me up with Peter. Peter and crew came out and temporarily covered my roof until they are able to get me in the books. Peter and crew came back in about a week and took care of my roof. The entire process took about 2 days and literally 3 days after they were done we had a crazy rain storm. Once again, NO LEAKS, NO ISSUES. Orca Roofing is 2 for 2 with me, priced right and took care of my roof issues. There are not too many trustworthy businesses these days but I can honestly vouch for these guys. I first engaged Orca Roofing & Exteriors to inspect our roof following last year's "Bomb Cyclone". They found a little damage and repaired what was required to keep the roof performing. The tech did note that the ridges needed replacing, so we arranged for an estimate, which was reasonable. Since our gutters also needed replacement, we asked them to tackle that as well. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, and their appointment management was excellent. They arrived on time, worked quickly with a minimum of disruption, and completely cleaned up afterward. They shared pictures of the roof repairs so we could see what they had done. The new gutters look great and should greatly improve runoff management. They offered, but didn't pressure us to buy, gutter covers. Overall, Orca has been very professional and efficient. We won't hesitate to call them should we need more work on our aging roof. read more

Edit: Got a reach out from Orca roofing management who explained the situation with what was clearly a miss on the way they communicated the changes to customers like me. During the call it was clear that the company cares for their customers and the changes they have made were to serve better and faster which being in the need of such service recently makes sense. I am changing my rating (from 1 to 3 stars) since I would like to remain more neutral in the situation and value the fact their management reached out to understand my comments and try to address them. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not a serious compaby if you ask me, after scheduling for a quote (which had a wait of more than 3 weeks) I got an email saying they would no longer do in person quotes but only same day repairs with 2 different prices, however they were ok to provide an online quote if I provide more details and photos. I decided to go the online quote route since my problem was not large and simple, but after sending all the details, I get an email saying that the only option is the same day repair. A company that changes their policy and forces customers for a site unseen repair with a fixed price is not what I consider a serious or customer oriented company. read more

Damien and Pete fixed part of our roof that was leaking due to heavy rain. They did a good job investigating and finding the underlying issue and gave us two solutions for short term and long term. Their pricing also send reasonable. Damien was very professional and clearly an expert. I am an engineer and did a ton of research on roofing systems and the best installations process. Most roofers sell you, but the installation crew does a poor job. Roofers can cut corners to save time and money. Orca Roofing is different. Erik and his Orca Roofing team are amazing, they truly build quality roofs vs a quick roof. Orca crew foreman was awesome to work with and has over 18 years of experience installing Roofs. Great communication, honesty, integrity, and easy person to work with. I went with a smaller company that had less then three crews where the owner cares and pays attention to customers. They do it the right way including metal flashings, nails, skylights, ice and water shield, underlayment's, ventilations, hips, ridges, metal vents and CDX plywood. I watched the whole process and took notes and made sure they installed it to spec. I was amazed the quality and time they took to do it correctly. I then hired an independent roofing inspector to review the workmanship. He said in his years of inspecting roofs this is one of the few who had ZERO problems. Roofs are a large investment and I recommend somebody who can do it the correct way the first time around. Because they are small and focus on quality, they do seem to have a wait time but well worth it. I wanted Owens Corning vs CertainTeed but that is a personal choice. Let me start off by saying that I have never replaced a roof, or knew much about roofs before I engaged in my search of a quality roofing company. After receiving multiple quotes and speaking with several companies I found a wide range of pricing along with various products. There are budget and premium Cadillac roofing companies, but I am so glad that I decided to go with Orca Roofing. I consider them the Tesla of roofers! Dealing with Erik from Orca Roofing was so refreshing! He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and process and uses the latest high tech gear throughout the process. As I compared quotes it was very apparent that I received premium products and installation far below other "Cadillac" roofer prices. It was so refreshing to deal with a contractor that treats you with importance and respect! Erik was extremely attentive, punctual and he followed through on everything that he said. The prices and products I received were what was included in my quote, there was no upselling or backtracking from my quote. Called Orca for a minor repair of a loose vent on our roof. Morgan at the Orca office immediately called back and dispatched Peter who arrived the same day, reattached the loose vent while finding 2-3 other vents that also needed sealing and reinforcement. Peter was polite, professional, and very informative about the importance of monitoring the condition of our roof every ~2 years to maintain the water sealing of room equipment. They showed up a week early due to an opening in their schedule, removed the old roof, installed the new one and cleaned up in a matter of days. Orca roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. It was a custom complicated roofing job which dragged for almost a year with few twist and turns along the way but Pete the project manager (backed by Erik the owner) just stuck with the job by keeping their initial bid and completed it. They even accepted to come back later to instal few shingles that we could not install from the get go because of some scaffolding attachment that could not be moved. One of our rooms had discoloration in the ceiling. We guessed correctly it was a leaky roof. Orca Roofing sent a roofer - Aaron - over right away. Got the job fixed up quickly and at a good price. Aaron and the entire back office staff were professional throughout. Our normal roof cleaner looked at the repair job a few weeks later. Then my wife decided to call on Orca Roofing and Exteriors given the positive experience we had with them when we replaced our roof.
