Before booking Suzie for our date, I knew I would love whatever floral design she came up with (since I adore every single one of her pictures that she posts on social media)! She's extremely talented, communicates well, and has a great eye for design. When we had our first phone conversation, Suzie did a great job asking questions about my overall vision and was genuinely excited about my ideas. She asked questions to help get an idea of what I was envisioning and gently made helpful suggestions to help ME more clearly describe the vision I was wanting. I never once felt like she was pushing her own ideas, but helping me build on my own! She was also great at providing visuals to help communicate ideas (which I so appreciate since I'm such a visual person!) --for example sketching out our table scape or sending photos and videos of other floral examples to help narrow down exactly what I wanted. When COVID19 hit and I needed to change my wedding date and venue, Suzie was super flexible and understanding. She responded positively (and even encouragingly!) when I asked to change some of the floral design we had previously planned out to better match my new venue. My (now) husband and I both agree that when we saw the floral the day of our wedding, it was jaw-dropping gorgeous-- even more beautiful than what either of us had envisioned!! They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fast but detailed oriented. They listened to what I wanted, and gave helpful feedback to insure that my vision was created in the most cost effective way possible. They went above and beyond - I would recommend them to anyone! Both my father and sister work in different aspects of construction and were blown away with what they did. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for all your grading and clearing needs. I had a bunch of storm damage from Helene, and site work that needed to be done prior to the actual grading (in two different places, on a small mountain at the SC/NC border). They did all of that, and used the wood chips and debris to help curb erosion. Super communicative, friendly, fair, and genuinely nice people. 10/10 experience!!

My flowers were left on my front porch in the for hours because I wasn't here and I didn't get home until later that evening, so needless to say they were all wilted and they did not look good. The arrangement itself like a joke and it came in a plastic vase if that's what you wanna call it. So I called the owner and she said she her floral arrangements as art I laughed. I asked her why the per delivering this arrangement would leave it on my front porch in the instead of taking it back to her studio, and her reply was don't just take orders out and bring them back. Well, I live in Seneca and would have had no problem going to pick it up. Had they left me a card. She was very standoffish and actually just rude on the proceeded to ask her not to call my and mention this. Apparently, as soon as I hung up, she called my and I got in an argument, and she didn't talk to me for about a month. I thought she would be more professional than that. I told her that it wouldn't end well if she my but she took it upon herself to do it anyway still don't understand that. Anyway, I would not recommend buying flowers let alone anything else from this business. What a shame because they're basically in my backyard.

Living in California and ordering flowers for a friend in South Carolina would normally involve selecting a "pre-packaged" arrangement from a website but not this time. I called to assure delivery to my friend's location and spoke with a very helpful woman. I informed her I had read Casablanca's story on the website and the pride taken in creating beautiful designs. I let her know the seriousness and type of the surgery and wanted the Designer's Choice and left it up to Casablanca to put together something beautiful and cheerful. Our friend was so delighted and impressed. She sent us photos and I could not be more pleased with what I saw. This was no cookie cutter arrangement but one crafted perfectly for the occasion, location and season. The best way I could describe it is if you took a stroll at the Clemson Botanical Gardens and picked out a bouquet of the most beautiful natural flowers in bloom and placed them in a beautiful pottery vase, this would be it.
