I purchased a succulent plant for delivery to a good friend. I am out of town, so this was ordered…read moreonline. I paid over $80 for this. Expressions Unlimited delivered a very small pot with 4 small succulents in it. Within 3 days of receipt, my friend stated the leaves on ALL FOUR succulents fell off and the plants appeared dead. My friend went up to the shop to ask about this, and they accused her of "water logging" the plants since the container (that THEY SENT the plants in) is not appropriate for drainage for that type of plant. First of all, they chose this container, not us. Second of all, there is no way the plants would develop root rot and die within 3 days, the plants must've been overwatered before receipt. Third of all, they refused to replace the plants or issue any refund, even partial. I am horribly disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone looking for customer service or healthy plants/flowers.

They helped us customize a casket spray and standing spray to our liking including changing colors, adding things to help with our request. The flowers when we walked into the funeral today were absolutely stunning, we had so many people ask who did the flowers and were shocked on how beautiful they were, not to mention the price.
