She was super sweet and friendly and let me know everything to expect before she got started. She made me feel very comfortable. What I liked most is that she is knowledgeable about the application of lash extensions and the proper care. I will definitely be back for a fill because I was so impressed with the results of my lashes. I definitely recommend checking Ajanéy out! The feeling here is such high class and really feels like a nice & serene spa. I love shopping in the front/reception area (their cards are hilarious!) and waiting in the waiting room is so luxurious. The chairs are so cozy and the beautiful decor is always fun! I've seen a couple waxers who no longer work here (due to moving or raising a baby- hope you two girls are doing great, if you ever see this!), and I now see Starla. She's so efficient & does a beautiful Brazilian to the forestry that I grow. She has such great conversation and I thoroughly enjoy seeing her every so often! I also get my upper legs waxed every so often, and she does a great job on those, too! A total comfort to be on her waxing table (I mean, the wax sometimes hurts, since I'm not consistent, but I never shave, so you know that helps). First time with this company…read more Scheduling was easy and accommodating. I called on a bad weather day Saturday and they were open! Arrival. Facility was neat and clean and was greeted immediately and all staff was friendly! Consultation. Nat provided my service. It was a bit rough to get what I wanted at first. The young lady who greeted me and initiated the appointment told me my request for "Cutie" will NOT look good which I found odd as this is my go to at other salons. I took to that red flag and asked for her recommendation because obviously she was limited to what she can make 'look good'. When I begin to ask important questions to narrow down what would be applied, she keep telling me 'no'. Anther employee came from the back and addressed my concerns which all turned out to be a "yes." Application (80pc, Natural, premium silk). I did ask the Tech how long she had been doing this and Nat said 5 months. I suppose the reason for the inconsistency resulted. Left eye dose not have nearly as many lashes than the right. Right eye is inconsistently full with exception of the inner corner we're there are noticeably only a few. I will go back once more and try a new tech to see if I can get better results. They don't look crazy at least! However, I know I can get better work done.

The space is adorable, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my appointment was confirmed. I was there for a gel pedicure, and even though I arrived 15 minutes early, she got me started right away -- no waiting! She offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive throughout. But here's the part that really impressed me: I've had a splinter lodged in the side of my toe for what felt like forever -- through several pedicures at other places, no one ever took care of it. She noticed it, carefully removed it, and honestly, it felt like she worked a little miracle on my foot. I left feeling pampered, polished, and actually fixed -- not just painted over. Highly recommend checking her out if you're looking for great service and real attention to detail! Just ignore my terrible tan lines, the toes looked great.
