During the scalp analysis they quickly ran the tool through your hair but didn't explain what they were seeing, only mentioned I had a few flakes in the back. I was told over the phone that my sister and I would have our messages together which I later found out that meant at the same time but in separate rooms. This wasn't what I expected. The massage for myself was just ok but not what I asked for. I requested medium pressure and the woman was extremely light to point that I barely felt it sometimes mainly on my shoulders, neck, and arms. Think of a feather being glided on your skin. She was a soft medium on my scalp. In the end they're supposed to blow dry your hair but neither my girl or my sisters were fully dried. We ended up walking out in the freezing cold with wet hair which I wasn't too happy about because I had told my girl earlier that I had a treatment on my hair a few months back that if left wet creates a negative smell so it must be completely dried. She had told me this wouldn't be an issue. When my girl tried to show me my scalp in the end, the machine kept turning off and she just said she was sorry and it was already acting up earlier in the day. So who knows the results. Afterwards, they will dry your hair with a Dyson hair dryer. I have wavy hair, so I didn't get this done as I air dry anyways. From beginning to end was 45 minutes, so I didn't really get 60 minutes service. Maybe that includes undressing and dressing?? Don't know... The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pedicure had a few mess ups but that's not the issue here . When I sat down with the nail artist "ooh" is his name . I told him what I wanted to get and he started off by saying " your nails will look weird and ugly " if I did them how it looked in the picture. Mind you it was a simple pink cat eye , my sister was with me and her nail artist did a wonderful job but my mine on the other hand had to much attitude for a person who works in customer service. I gave mr.ooh a chance to do my nails when he couldn't do what was in my photo I asked if he can do what the other artist did to my sisters nails . He immediately rolled his eyes and sighed saying that he did what was in the picture. But I tried giving him another option to give him another chance instead of telling him that he sucks at doing cat eye . After he couldn't do it a second time I gave him a third chance and told him if he could just do a simple French tip with the pink , he proceeded to say it wouldn't look good . I don't believe he should be saying things like that and putting a customer down . So after he said that I told him to just remove the pink polish so that he could just do a French tip because my sister had already pre paid $360 dollars for our nails . When I thought he was going to do my French tip he rolled his eyes again and said I wasted 2 hrs but it was less than 40 minutes trying to get him to accomplish something presentable . After that eyeroll and sass I was done. I asked him calmly as anyone can if he can just remove my nails and soak them off and give my sister her refund so that I can get serviced by someone else . So we called the boss and he was no better he took his coworkers side and told me " what the hell you want me to do . You wasted 2hrs of his time not deciding ". I think that is a horrible way for a boss of a salon to talk to a customer and he for sure is not setting a good example for his employees.
