No communication whatsoever. Plus The A/C was off and I didn't realize it until I'm soaking my feet. They should have shut the business down until the air conditioning was fixed. It was one of the hottest days yet. A small child of an employee was trying to soothe his baby brother as they were enclosed in a hot room with the door shut, they finally opened the door and let the kids out. I seriously thought it was child abuse and did say something to the nail tech. The baby screamed the entire time I was there. The place looks unkept and unclean. Shame on the parents for allowing the kids into the salon, it's unsafe and unhealthy for them. It is not a "spa" relaxed feeling with your kid crying, screaming and running thru the shop. 25$ turned into 50$ and there was no communication. I stopped by after work and asked how much an acrylic pedicure cost and I was told 25$. I said I will be back later on. upon arrival I confirmed I wanted the $25 pedicure. he sat be down and started the foot bathe. I thought the foot bathe was extra so I confirmed all I wanted today was an acrylic pedicure And I did not want the scrub or lotion on my legs even if it's included due to not needing my legs to be scrubbed....He said acrylic? In a voice that portrayed. "Like do I really want that?" I said yes acrylic I do not want paint (last time I did it was not done well, but I had not mentioned this part) he said you want long nail I said no I just want a nice tip. He said we could do that with gel. I said no thank you. I don't want paint and I want a nice shape. He said again we can do only gel And make a nice shape. I said fine.! Then a lady comes and brings the scrubs with her and lotion..... she gives my the menu and tells me to pick what pedicure. I again said just the 25$ pedicure and pointed it out (it was also hidden but a long thick sticker that said 5$ off ) so you couldn't see it unless you knew what you were looking for to begin with. Anyways, I get to check out and it said 50. she stated it was 25$ more bc of gel. I didn't get what I wanted and was told differently and then had to pay more at the end . Plus and most importantly the polish is all over my skin and is not satisfying or even. I'm not mad just sad and disappointed At this point . Was there for a pedi nothing to special and wasnt busy at all. I was sitting in my chair for almost over 2 hours because they couldn't do the french tips correct. My aunt had to get her feet done three different times by three different workers and still couldn't get her french tips correct as well. Her feet were also burning from a work lady scrubbing her feet to hard as well with having cold water. Usually going there is a 10/10 majority of the time but i dont know seems like no one wanted to do there job correctly and wanted to get it done fast. read more

I walked in and was asked after 10 minutes to have a seat at a nail desk"that someone would be right with me". All I needed was a gel polish change. After 30 min, no one had said anytbinh to me. I had to come back to get my toe fixed because the star that was glued onto my toe fell off. I originally wanted a star painted on but the lady insisted on gluing the star instead so after asking if it would fall off and her saying no I went with it againts my better judgement. So two days later the star falls off my toe. I call and try to figure out when to go in and was told to come in whenever so I came in today but the lady who could paint the stars on my toes wasn't there. I would have had to wait an hour for her. So I went with a solid color on my big toe for now until I figure out when I can make it back this way. Needless to say, Im not happy about this nor will I be coming back here after this experience. I have gone there about 3 times. I was recommended to go there, I tried it. I like to get the SNS with a pedi. It's not so bad there the owners wife is a doll and a sweetheart there is another lady there I forgot her name and she too is sweet. Now I have a big issue with employees that think that customer service is not important because you have your faithful clients come in all the time for you. I went there for my regular SNS and pedi. They took me to the back and started to soak me for the pedi. HEATHER was the one whom set me up. So she filled the pedi tub with water and left to finish up her client. The foot spa's plastic liner had a hole on it it was ripped which caused all the water to come out and drain out. I was there for a good 10 minutes until I called her asking politely if she can fix this. She heard me looked and continued on with her client. HEATHER then 20 minutes later came and put in a new liner and said she is too busy she has clients. Ummm I am sorry but who TF does this "princess" think she is?!? It was a chilly day in Palm Coast my feet were wet and cold and she had the nerve to say that? Everyone else was busy too plus at the beginning she said she will do my nails, so I don't understand why she was RUDE to a potential longtime customer. This kind of disgraceful and rude customer service really does not sit well with me. I told her politely that I understand that but that is her job and she could have paused and let her client wait 2 minutes while the liner got changed. She didn't like my answer so she said she would not do my nails and then had the other busy ladies have to work double while she sat on her a$$ and did nothing all while making me wait an extra hour to get my nails done. Horrible job done by Anna. She cut my daughters skin around the cuticle and made it bleed. She used an old nail polish that she had to add acetone to in order to thin it out so it would apply easier, when it wouldn't dry after an hour and a half we went back to explain to her it was clumpy and to see if she could just change it to a different color. She argued with me in front of all the customers. She said it was the sparkles in it which is why it was clumpy, it is obvious that it was just an old and thick nail polish. Pretty standard place to get your nails done. Loved the chairs for the pedicure. My husband got his first pedicure there and they did a great job. Had to go in on his feet! They made sure to make him comfortable and they did a really good job cleaning him up. I didn't give 5 stars because the foot "massage" was really lacking. I got a one up pedicure package something and the girl was just rubbing my legs and tops of my feet. Come on, can I get a little massage action? The paint job was very nice though. Heather is amazing! She pays close attention to her work and takes pride in cleanliness. That was a huge factor for me because my nails had been severely damaged from acrylics at another salon. Heather has taken really good care of me. My nails have gotten healthy again, they look great and most of all feel great!!!! The ladies that work there are very nice and speak English as well which makes for a nice visit to be able to chat a little as well. They are using authentic SNS/ANC products also which DOES MATTER!
