They offered to give me a filling on 2 of my teeth right then and there ( one being the broken one and the one next to it that needed it) They talked me through it and reassured me every step of the way. I went back 2 days later for a teeth cleaning, since it had been 2 years. The hygienist was so kind and gentle and did an amazing job. There was no shame or judgement since it had been so long. Especially for finding them on a whim. They got me in earlier than any other dentist in the area could when I broke my tooth, got me in same-day when the temp crown popped off, I've not sat in the waiting room more than 5 mins for each appointment, and the staff are all FANTASTIC!! The receptionists, technicians (Shelley is the only tech whose name I know, and she is so sweet!), and Dr. Estrada have all been wonderful these 3 visits. I, like a lot of people, have been VERY apprehensive about finally working up the courage to get established with a dentist and start getting regular check-ups and cleanings, but this office has made me feel SO comfortable and reassured from day one.
