I came to this nail salon for the first time last year and I was amazed by their service. I'm here again this year and it didnt disappoint. Everyone in the area should try them out. I'm in love

I come here every other week and they are so welcoming. Every time I come in I'm greeted with smiles and immediate service. The pedicure is the best massage I've ever had I nearly fell asleep!! My nails turned out amazing and they are always able to do the designs I want. Hands down best place in Ormond. And the whole family is so cute and funny laughing with each other. It's a great experience coming here I can't wait to come back.

This is a GREAT place for nails. Family run and such great teamwork. Friendly and welcoming environment. Quick and professional services. I'll be stopping by on my next trip to the coast! Highly recommended.

The best French mani/pedi I've ever had. I called to see if they'd take a walk in and they said yes. .comfortable and clean environment with great massage chairs and foot tubs. No chemical smell .the best foot massage I've received at a salon (I got the #2 option) they have so many upgrades for the pedicure, you can keep adding more and more luxurious treatments. .skilled and friendly staff .the lines on my fingers and toes are each perfect. Even my baby toe which is about the size of a pencil eraser is perfectly done. .I wish I lived local so I could come here more often!!

I called and asked if they did walk ins and they said yes come in 30 minutes, so as soon as I got there they set me at a table with Tony, and he did an amazing job! Super patient with me and others, very nice people. It cost me $35 for a fill in with gel, I'm thinking it was extra because I got 5 different colors. This is one of my favorite sets that I have done. Definitely going back here in a few weeks! If you go in there ask for Tony he was quick and made my nails very pretty.

Great salon - found them on Yelp, saw their photos and came in. I got a full set with the exact design I requested. It took almost 3 hours but my nails were amazing. The staff was very nice and the salon was very clean. Would recommend! read more

RUN DONT WALK! I called earlier today for me and my family to come by. It was originally supposed to be 4 of us but we had two more join. The nail techs were so nice and accommodated for all 6 of us. We had our elderly grandmother with us and the nail tech even helped her get out of her seat after her pedicure was done to take her to the manicure station. The ladies were thorough, quick, and friendly they did an absolutely amazing job! Just four of them completed two sets of acrylic manicures, 1 gel pedicure , 3 men pedicures, and 2 regular nail color pedicures in about two hours. Considering how fast they worked you'd think our nails would be questionable but that was not the case at all. My nails and my friends nails came out AMAZING! I would give more stars but I can only give 5. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed. I'm going here for now on they are so professional and sweet and they didn't make it seem like they just wanted my money they were all about the excellent customer service. Will not go back. I've never been treated so rudely. Jenny the owner told me "You done" as she shewed me away. She is correct, we are done going there. She told me she doesn't even like to do gel nails! I've been there many times with my mom. She seemed aggravated at me because I wanted to get gel polish. (She didn't realize I already had gel polish on my nails). Not sure what her deal was but it was upsetting to be treated so rudely. read more

If im not mistaken Katie was my nail tech, im clumsy and not good with names! She is pregnant and still gets her job done amazing. I came in with my bby and ALL THE STAFF WAS SO WONDERFUL, at the end of my pedi and my full set of acrylic my bby was fuzzy and everyone who was free came to keep her joyful! The service is always grate, my stamp card is full by now, the specific indications for my nail's was on point and overall i took my time to review cause im moving out of town and they were just so amazing read more

I come here every other week and they are so welcoming. Every time I come in I'm greeted with smiles and immediate service. The pedicure is the best massage I've ever had I nearly fell asleep!! Quality and vibe! I got a pedicure. No frills...just hurry up and move her out of the chair for the next client. Rushed for sure... She didn't even do a topcoat and walked off so I couldn't request it. Then there were guys washing their faces and arms in the back sink where you come in the door. Not my jam...I have been to several salons and paid less on Ormond Beach and could not recommend them. read more

Great experience today. Got my nails done, and a pedicure, in a very reasonable amount of time. The only reason for the 4 stars, is that I mentioned several times that the side of my finger was hurting and it was not addressed at all. Was told it may be an ingrown nail.... Thanks! read more

The men did an amazing job on our nails- mani and pedi. Everyone else is on their phones and giggling. Seems like there was some texting between them going on. Too bad I didn't have my google translate on to hear. Kinda unprofessional. Spa music sucks too. read more

Lots of great things to say about the people! They got me in right away. Everyone was nice and smiling! Manicure was done well but the gel polish did not turn out so great. .. I had a fresh manicure and the gel is lumpy there are spots with to much gel and spots with not enough gel and the white line is crooked. I got these for a wedding I am in now I have to remove them... read more

Lack of professionalism. Poor quality work. Way overpriced . They pretend to be friendly but honestly they don't care. Will not recommend it to anyone. 15 minutes and I had to pay $40 for this. Worst experience ever. They did not even remove my cuticles, no hand cream, no hand massage. Nothing. So, now I have to remove it myself at home because I can't see this mess on my nails. read more

My daughter (22) and I have always gone to a place down the street every year we come down. We've been coming for 8 years. We decided to change it up and we are glad we did. We read the reviews here and headed over the bridge to Luscious. Our appointment was for 4:30, and we were in our chairs for our pedis around 4:28. We both got the Luscious pedi w/sugar scrub and paraffin wax. Best pedi I have ever experienced. My daughter got a mani w/shellac. I just did the regular mani and polish. My polish doesn't have one nick in it. My specialist was Kanha, I believe. She was meticulous. A lot of regulars in and out. Everyone was friendly, the music videos were a nice touch. A little dusty and could use a good cleaning, but would definitely recommend. read more

Went in on July 3rd to get my regular nails painted with GEL POLISH for the 4th of July. They turned out adorable, but didn't realize my paint would come completely off like a piece of wax in 3 days ‍ when I called and told the lady she laughed at me. This place is a hidden gem for locals & the BEST spot for an outsider. Regardless if your looking for a new nail salon in your local area, looking for a nail tech on short notice, or even in the area for work searching for a quality and cost-effective salon. THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! I literally called around 3-4pm to ask if Lena was in. The girl told me yes. I didn't call back I just decided to do a walk in. Got there at 520pm on a Wednesday evening. She literally got started 5-10mins after me entering the salon and they were busy! Lena can be fast and efficient if your in a time crunch or just purely be amazing, friendly and do anything you need her to do! The salons prices are not only fair but considering all the traveling I do, are quite under the prices I pay in illinois, Wisconsin, texas, and California! She does quality work and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed while getting my manicure and pedicure. Last but not least, this salon doesn't CHARGE you to take your previous color off your nails. Usually I am upcharged at other salons $10-12 dollars for that! I give this salon 5 stars because everyone was so friendly and nice. Locals, clients and staff alike! They are doing an amazing job running their family owned business in a quality, quite community! Tony is great. He is friendly and so good at doing nails. He made my nails look beautiful and was a pleasure to chat with. If you need your nails done, check out Luscious nails! They also do waxing, pedicures, everything. The salon itself is classy and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend spending a nice day here pampering yourself. Ask for Tony or JoMarie. I'm in town for the week visiting home and I needed a fill and pedi. I YELPed and found this place. I don't like to get a pedi EVERY time I get my nails filled and this place offers a "on-the-go pedi" for $15!!! It is great for in-between pedis because they still soak, scrub, remove cuticles and paint the toes. I loved it. My toes look great. My fill and polish looks great also. The nails have a few divets in them from the drill bit work but its fine..... I notice any little imperfection..... Other the that the shape is pretty AND the clear coat is SUPER shiny. The staff was very talkative and make you feel very comfortable. I never knew the name of the manicurist that did my nails but she was Spanish:) VERY nice , great job! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they could be a little bit more organized and more clean. A L S O....I got a lip wax (only $6!!!) I'm happy. :) read more

I made the mistake a couple weeks ago of going to another nail salon while I was out of town. So 3 weeks later, I came to my regular salon Lucious Nails and begged them to correct it. They did a fabulous job with pink gel and did a rockin manicure. I appreciate everyone's friendly attitude every time I walk in there. Even though I've moved to Cocoa Beach I'm determined to drive here and only let them do my manicures. read more

I was not overly impressed - they were just okay. My husband and I walked in at 1:55pm for a 2:00 appointment in a salon that recommends appointments. Sat in pedi chairs at 2:15 - wondering what would have happened if we were 15 minutes late. It was 2:20 before they began. I needed a full set - the woman asked me if I wanted to soak off the old acrylics. She gave me a bowl with acetone and they had me soak my nails. They must do it different here because they didn't come by and check on the soaking and eventually I was pealing off the old acrylics using another of my nails. I'm used to having the nail tech facilitate the effort. When the guy was working on my nails he commented how well they speak English and how most nail salons have people working on your nails who are so difficult to understand. (Racist comment) With so many choices in the area - I doubt we will go back here. read more

Thank you Luscious! I have been going to Luscious for almost 10 years. They recently had an ownership change and made many improvements within the facility. I am so pleased with their professionalism and quality. If you are unhappy with the way your nails turn out, they will fix them without question or charge. Just had an AMAZING pedicure with Amy! She was extra thorough, gave my jacked up feet lots of TLC, and left me with a flawless hot pink toes. I was all ready to leave a glowing review.... then I was sent to my manicure technician, Khanh. The manicure experience was hot garbage. She rushed through my gel manicure and left my nails looking like an uneven mess. Worst manicure I've ever gotten. Seems like a super popular place and Amy was great! 5 stars for the pedi, 1 star for The mani. read more

I'm so used to being in a packed salon where no one is speaking in English or to me and it's a very cut and dry experience, but he is also so personable and also just the most professional and skilled artist! I told him what I was thinking and let him use his creativity and I'm so thrilled with the outcome!!! Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again! Also, I think the other worker is Lucy??? She gave me the best pedicure, just in caring for my feet and really working on my calluses (I'm a dog walker so my feet get a lot of work), but also taking the time to not hurt or tickle me but also be thorough. She took the gift card with her to the back. When she came back, she handed me an empty envelope. I told her there was no gift card in the envelope. She claimed that it was in my pocketbook. She then searched my pocketbook and did not believe me that I didn't have the gift certificate. One of the other workers went to the back room where the envelopes were and discovered that that is where the gift certificate was. She had placed it back there when she went back to get the envelopes. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no apology for the fact that she insinuated that I stole the gift card. I was so humiliated infront of the other customers. This was not good customer service.

I also needed a simple nail trim / file without manicure and Tina did a perfect job making them all even and square for me again. I assumed that they were good at doing this service because they have a banner hanging on the wall and several card board photos posted on the shelf with different colors of the gel. She did not trim my cuticles but rather just put the gel over them. The gel is on my skin and you cannot see the distinction of where my bal meets my skin on my fingers. I came here with a friend since this is close to her house and I will never come back again.

She is very defensive, uppity, and I quote "Don't you ever fucking step foot in this shop again." All because she doesn't read people well and again, she is the only one who works. Period. AND, the tattoo really needs a touch up with their ink. Great start with a very very bad ending. Tropical Tattoos are legendary. Do yourself a favor. Go there but not to her.

I have been getting my nails done at Luscious Nails for a year now and I consider this salon to be the only place I'll go to have my nails done. Tina is amazing: she is a master at doing SNS and she listens to any concerns I bring. I often ask her for help choosing a color that will go with my skin tone and she has such an eye for that! I only have one color applied and my nails look gorgeous when she's done, but I've also seen her create art on other people's nails--she really is artistic. She is focused on what she does, she works quickly but really cares about what she's doing. And while I ask for Tina, the others who work there seem to be as tuned in to their clients and what they're doing, too. They all are so kind and friendly without being intrusive. I love to patronize a small business, and I love it if it is family-owned. I have been getting my manis and pedis here for years, and I love how I am treated from the moment I walk in. It is friendly, and they have always taken great care with my hands and feet. I don't get fancy art, but I know they do beautiful work because I sit next to people who receive incredibly artistic manis. The pedis I receive often include paraffin wax, and I love it. I have sensitive feet, and they take care of them. They listen to whatever I ask of them, even though I know my sensitivity is elevated. I have a chaotic schedule, so I have to walk in. They always take me quickly and are always happy to have my business. My manis and pedis are part of my self-care routine. Taking care of your health is essential, and self-care is not selfish. read more

My sister and I visited Luscious a couple of weeks ago for a mani/pedi....the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is even better. They have fantastic personalities and are very friendly. My sister took my niece and her friend last weekend to get their nails done and they do such wonderful work. Not your typical nail salon where you can't breath walking in the door....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and will be a regular customer for sure. Today a friend and I had a wonderful fun experience of having a pedicure and manicure at the spa. We initially had made appointments for pedicures, upon being pampered so wonderful, we asked if there was any chance for a manicure! They were more than accommodating and we received magnificent manicures! The staff is very friendly, tools are autoclaved, the foot bowls are glass and the prices are very reasonable! I have been to just about every salon in town, and I have finally found the best!!!! These nails stay on and look good for weeks, and I am hard on nails, I usually make it through a few days, and they start popping off. Not a set from Tommy!!! I vacation in this area several times each year for 3 to 4 weeks at a time & this is my salon of choice to maintain my acrylic nails. Just had a backfill today with Felicia who is, as always, professional, highly skilled & ... just a sweetheart. And she works so fast! I've already scheduled my next appointment before I return home. I've found my regular salon! My daughter and I went in for acrylic nails. I got a basic French manicure while my daughter got colored tips. Both turned out great. Nice shop with very friendly folks. Prices are very good for the quality. read more
