All those five star reviews, can't be real, but now see it was well deserved. Needed all new rain gutters, and had a small section of facia board a handyman had not finished in a difficult area to reach above the porch. Manny came out and was thorough in explaining how he and his brother, Remi, would install all the gutters, and finished installing the facia. Manny stayed in contact and responded quickly to all my text and phone call question and messages after his bid. We set a day, and he contacted me first thing in the morning telling me when they would be there. Took Remi and Manny two days to finish the work. I watched Remi repaint the facia board, even though it had already been painted. Remi then installed the facia better than the other sections installed by the handyman. I wish I had found him earlier and I would have had Remi install all the facia. I am a do-it-your-self kind of guy, and I am very, very, picky, and I watched them installing the gutters. Their work was very professional looking and I could tell they didn't cut corners. Everything looked good after they finished, and everything was picked up with no trash or debris. I had a question on a downspout on a secondary roof area, which was actually fine and not an issue, but Manny immediately got a ladder and tools and changed it. I actually was fine with it, and it probably wouldn't be an issue, but it showed me how responsive both Manny and Remi were in making it right, and doing a professional job. Big rains coming next week, with 3-4 days of rain, and Manny repeatedly mention that if there were any issues to let them know and they would come out to address it. I have to say that my experience with them, and the work completed, are definitely five stars! Their bid was very reasonable, and when I went to pay them it was actually a bit cheaper than their original bid! Thank you Remi and Manny! Manny and Remi offer gutter cleaning and I was so impressed with them that I scheduled a cleaning this time next year. You may say, why not get Leaf guards (?), but that's a whole other story and we decided against it. The crew first cleaned our gutters then put gutter guards where needed. They are pleasant, communicative, and reasonably priced. They offered choices and had samples of the gutter guards, which was very helpful. Manny also took pictures of the roof top problem area that we could not see from the ground, so we could understand the problem that exists. He also installed a splash guard over an exit that used to get pummeled with overflow. Not any more!! It was also helpful that they cleaned out the down spouts. We had a lot of items to haul away on the side of the house and the garage, they took everything in no time. This review is for gutter clean out. I appreciate that Manny showed up within 30 minutes of requesting a quote for lower gutter cleaning. I think it makes a difference meeting the person who is going to do the job. Other gutter companies used Google earth to provide a quote w/o seeing the condition of the gutters. Manny and Remi are nice guys and got the job done the next day. My gutters were filled with dirt and pine needles. They removed all the debris, flushed the gutters and now they look like new!
