I called a week later to follow up, got voice mail (it said they were at lunch), and someone did call me but I missed the call. I've since tried calling back 3 times, and each time I was on hold for over 5 minutes and then it said to leave a message. If you can't even answer your office phone, you need to hire more office help or examine your priorities. TLDR: The doctor I've seen is good, but getting an appointment is worse than the DMV.
