Ok, so customer service is lacking, despite there being no shortage of employees. Selection is okay. Nothing that really fits my style. But the prices were pretty decent for being a thrift store. It didn't feel like they marked used items close to new prices the way GoodWill does. So that's a plus. The store was clean, spacious, and organized. Would I return? Nope. There was nothing egregiously wrong with my experience here. But I was bored. There was nothing memorable about it, and nothing to bring me back. This is just about the only place I buy shoes and always make a stop here when I'm in town to see if they have anything I can't live without. Most recently I visited to buy a new pilot's bag. The crew was friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and the store was clean and organized. It doesn't always seem to have as much merchandise as other Nordstrom Rack stores I've been to, but it's worth a stop.
