I suppose the roof was done properly, but only time will tell on that part, the problem I have with…read morethem is the guys working on the roof cut & destroyed one of the gutter supports on one of the long spans of the steel gutters that have been on my mobile with no problems for the past 23 yrs., I spoke with Walter (the owner) & advised him about what his guys had done, he called back 2 days later & said his guys said they didn't do it. Gutter repair man came out and connected the gutters using some sort of glue, the repair man said the original steel gutter support that was ruined & just tossed on the ground was " cut & there was absolutely no reason for it" I do believe this was done out of spite as the roofers were packing up to leave, due to the fact that I did not offer them a tip. Well, this old woman could not afford a tip after paying what I did for a new roof!! Repair of the gutter cost me $95.00 & this company refuses to reimburse me. I have the gutter support piece safely put away for the day I'll need to take them to small claims court.

I told her patch jobs don't usually last but she trusted this company and the owner said over and over they had a 2 year guarantee not to worry and he took her money. The leak was never fixed completely, every few months there is a problem. The owner has been back several times. He is rude to my mother one the phone. He blames her saying she has had someone else up there, trying to get out of his guarantee and now he will not honor the work he did. I think he actually miss diagnosed the leak area in the first place but it really it makes no difference. The company stole my mothers money and hassles her every time there is a problem. Not recommended! The positive reviews are from people that had no problems, if this guy makes a mistake on your roof, things change and you pay for it with verbal abuse and hassle!

He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work.
