Owner was in Vegas and failed to tell anybody about my APPOINTMENT. 2. One person came for a multiple person job. (Ended up working 2 days) 3. Job wasn't fully completed. 4. Fruit plants were pulled out. (professionals know the difference between a weed and not a weed!) Your emails will go unanswered for days. And then when you're not available to reply, the owner will harass you to make payment or they'll just "bring back the weeds." LITERALLY what he emailed to me and left on my voicemail. I'm not going to pay when your invoicing system is down dude. I shouldn't have even paid any more for the shit job I got. But I set the rest of the payment b/c look at the pics! Just terrible. BBB has a rating of F for them and there are complaints about the business and owner due to harassment. Avoid this f&cking nightmare at all costs. read more

I'm so pleased with the wonderful job OFL did on my backyard! It was just this horrible mud pit with ugly tree stumps! I called Oregona Finest Lawns and had my free bid the same day and scheduled my services for literally two days later. They arrived on time, Professional looking, friendly, and walked me through the whole process in a way I could follow (Which I always extra appreciate). 6 hours later my backyard is GORGEOUS! We hired this company for spring clean up of our property. We walked them through the property and identified our property lines as well as the bushes that needed to be removed. They removed and killed multiple different plants on our property and on both of our neighbors lawns. They left without cleaning up all the yard debris with the promise to come back the next day. No response from the owner Elias. The debris is still laying on the grass and killing my grass. Still charged us $700. Refuses to provide a discount for the service that was botched. They also damaged our sprinkler system and refuse to cover the cost of repair. Filing a report with the Better Business Burea, which already has 3 complaints for this company. Save your lawn, go elsewhere for services read more

After my wife posted a bad review for these guys for destroying our yard and our neighbors yard. I received a nasty call from the owner cursing me out and threatening us for "slandering his company" so much to the point we had to file a police report. this guy is unlicensed and has multiple complaints at the BBB including other police reports filed. and has been sued. He never once came to our place to see the job and I was promised a FULL crew, equipment and debris removal. we had two guys show up late, work for 10 minutes then leave. which they left 4 times throughout the day. but came back and mowed down all of our bushes that were just supposed to be trimmed. mowed down my neighbors rose garden. cut sprinkler lines, left all the debris on our lawn and smoked weed in front of my wife and baby. most unprofessional company we've ever seen. read more

I called OFL and wanted my backyard looking good for my sons birthday party. He had me pay half before he started ( the total was $845 and half when they came back the second day only having worked 3 hrs the first day.), the boarder they put in didn't look good. They made an effort but never completed the job and the owner said to me at least 3 times don't worry we will come in w a group of guys and finish the job. My border looks like shit. They never finished the job, I did the majority or the reaching out and was told their truck broke and gave them another week to finish and they didn't reach out or finish the job even though he assured me he would. I don't think it's a complete scam, but it may be a partial one. Don't pay them until the job is completed. They worked a total of seven hrs so $120/hr. Super disappointed, Super lame. read more

My most recent experience has consisted of repeated ignoring, lack of accountability, and inability to fulfill a simple part of the project. I would not recommend using this company. I am very disappointed and sad that in order to reflect the current quality I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. I had Elias come out 4/22/2022 to do some work on my yard. His crew did a great job except for digging out an area and adding gravel on top. During the walkthrough with Elias I showed him this small area and specifically said it needed to be dug down and gravel laid on top so that it would be below the foundation. I contacted Elias on 4/30/2033 after the first time they came out because they didn't do anything to that area and a couple other things had been forgotten. I reached out again 5/3/2022 as I had received no response. He responded saying it would be taken care of. On 5/11/2022 I reached out again and he said it was on the top of his list. I reached out again on 5/17/2022 and he said it would be taken care of the next day. He fixed the other issues but the path that needed to be dug up was not done correctly. I reached out several times explaining the path hadn't been dug down and pebbles had been placed on top instead of gravel. He responded on 5/21/2022 telling me it would be dug down and asked for confirmation on what size gravel. I provided the size. As of 5/28/2022 it had not been fixed. 6/2/2022 I receive a text saying it had been completed. 6/7/2022 I went over and saw that the pebble had been replaced with gravel but it had not been dug down so the gravel was above the foundation. 6/8/2022 I received a response and he asked to meet. I provided him a time but never heard back from him. I contacted him multiple times between 6/8/2022 - 6/24/2022 with no response. I finally heard back from him on 6/24/2022. He expressed frustration at me! I had been extremely patient during this whole thing and what I was asking for was extremely simple. He did not respond again (despite my multiple attempts) till 7/12/2022. He again expressed frustration at me and when I pointed out how many times I have tried to contact him he lied and said he hadn't realized how many times I had tried. On 7/20/2022 I received a text saying the gravel had been removed, the area had been dug out, and that they would be installing larger gravel that day. I responded that the size of the gravel they used previously was fine. He said he would send photos to confirm it had been done correctly. I never received any photos, if I had, I would have told him that the larger pebbles (NOT GRAVEL) that they had put down was still above the foundation and that I had asked for gravel/said the gravel that they were using was fine. On 8/2/2022 I contacted Elias to inform him that, yet again, the project had not been completed as discussed and that it is obvious he can not complete this simple project. read more

The owner of this company had me pay 300 in advance to do a clean up and only mowed the lawn. It took them over a week after they took the money and they did not even clean up the leaves. They mowed in the pouring rain and wrecked the grass. They have multiple complaints for taking money and not doing the work. They didn't trim anything. He basically stole 300 bucks. read more

I called and set up an appointment for them to come out to my home and give me a quote on some landscaping. On the agreed upon date and time they never showed up and didn't call. I called them back and Elias said "Oh, was that today? Let me call my foreman." Then he never called me back. I won't be using this service. read more

I hired Oregons Finest to do a quick fall yard cleanup and some branch/bush removal. They came out remarkably quickly, but they charged me $500 for two people and two hours' work. They left the leaf debris they collected from my yard piled in a corner of my wooden fence. They never came back to remove it, despite me calling and texting multiple times. I contacted this company and arranged for a month's service of mowing and edging. I paid for this 5/27. The first week's work was poor. I texted Elias to let him know that I had to rake up clumps of grass and sweep my cul-de-sac and noted large portions of edging appeared untouched. I had no personal response, but a second person arrived the next week and oversaw that the other crew member had done, stating that he was new. That job was better, though they left a pile of rocks in the cul-de-sac for some reason. The following week was okay. However, I was still not getting any responses from Elias to texts, calls, emails, at all. Given his lack of communication, I decided to let him know that I would be using a different company after the month was out. As usual, no response. The crew did not show up at all for the 4th week, despite being paid for four weeks. I texted Elias to either provide the 4th mow and edging or refund the $50 I had paid for it, no response. I called the number and got an answering service, twice, and left messages, no response. The new company I hired had to clean up after two weeks of growth. I have contacted my credit card company to elicit a refund, as Elias has obviously blown off the paid for service. read more

Like others, I was lured in by all of the FAKE positive reviews on google. I contacted this company to dethatch and reseed my backyard and to replace my front yard with new sod. The owner was very responsive and came out the next day to provide a quote. He was very personable and I felt good about hiring his company to complete the work. He required a 50% deposit before starting and requested it several times until I paid it. That's where his responsiveness ended. He didn't show up on the agreed upon day (a Monday). Didn't call or email to let me know he wouldn't be showing. I called him with no response and sent him an email which he later replied saying he'd be there the next day (Tuesday). He did show up the next day and completed the work for the backyard. He ripped up the front yard and laid down new top soil and left for the day. I was told the front yard would take 2 days. I was expecting him to return next day (Wednesday). He did not. Again, no communication that he wasn't going to be there. I had to email him multiple times before I got a response that he'd be there Friday morning to complete the job. During those 2 days, we found out one of his employees damaged a sprinkler in the front yard and as a result some of the top soil was washed away. I emailed him to let him know in case he needed to bring more soil. He didn't show up the morning he said he would to finish the job. Instead he calls me close to noon and says that since some of the soil was washed away he wouldn't be able to install until Monday. At this point I was tired of having a huge dirt patch as a front yard, not to mention worried my HOA would fine me. So I asked if he would just deliver the sod and I would install it myself. No response. Monday morning arrived and I was met with yet another excuse why he couldn't install that day. I politely informed him we wouldn't be needing him to finish the job and we'd be going with someone else. He immediately called me and demanded I pay the rest of the invoice. I told him I wouldn't be paying for the work that wasn't done and according to his quote I actually overpaid for what work had been completed. He then started yelling at me and threatened to come to my house and rip up the work he had completed in the back yard and also threatened to rip up any new sod installed by any other company. He continued to threaten me and I told him I would be filing a police report. He continued to threaten me and said he'd be filing his own police report and sending me to collections. I ended up hanging up on him because he continued to yell and threaten me. I immediately called and filed a police report. I also filed a complaint with better business bureau. I also filed a complaint with the lane county board of contractors and landscapers and gave them a copy of all of the text messages and emails exchanged along with pictures and video evidence. I strongly urge anyone who hasn't filed a complaint with lane county to do so. Make sure to save copies of everything and record your conversations if possible. He is unlicensed and so unprofessional it's unbelievable. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stress and STAY AWAY from this guy. read more
