I first found the Orenco Wellness Center through looking at reviews in various places. This place has a lot of really positive reviews and a rare crappy one. I looked into the really long crappy one and noticed that the reviewer has a tenancy to do that to certain establishments. Made me wonder if she gets paid, like a hit-man. My imagination had to revert positively for my own health so I also looked into the positive reviewers and they look like... well, me. I'm positive and appreciate a good service. I go to places the positive reviewers go to and have had similar experiences. These seemed legit to me so why not try it out. I started by making an appointment online and stated that I was a new client. The next day, I got a call from Christy, who confirmed my appointment and asked if I wanted to use my insurance or pay when I got there. I never thought to use my insurance but since she offered to check, I gave her my insurance information. She told me the price ranges for the different therapists if my insurance doesn't cover it. A little later, Christy called me back and sent me an email with an out line of my benefits and where I can find it in my insurance plan online so I can look it up myself. I have coverage!!! I can't believe it, I should have been using it all year. Well, now I know. I called my Dr. and asked them to send a prescription over to Christy at Orenco Wellness with her phone and fax number. My Dr. and Christy took care of all the rest. When I arrived for my appointment the reception space was very calming. I need it, I'm sometimes a stress ball. I filled out paperwork that was a little longer the first time and super short every time after that. It just feels good here. My therapist was calming, polite and gentle person. She asked me what I would like focused on the most and referenced the prescription note my Doctor faxed in. I told her that I have a lot of stress from my busy life and that I exercise but I just feel like I'm carrying a backpack with me everywhere I go. My Body!!! She was strong, her pressure was firm exactly where I needed it. My shoulder and back area let go and we're working on my neck and arms now too. I feel a ton better after the first few times, I can't believe I didnt' come earlier. I'm totally making this a regular part of my health care. I'm checking that my plan covers this next year too. read more

I endured a t-bone accident earlier in the year which left me with severe rotator cuff issues. I was referred to Zettz Massage by my primary doctor and I'm so happy she did. In my time going I've received care from several different masseuses. In the past few months I've been requesting the care of Andrew. He's Amazing with me and definitely knows what he's doing. Very educated and strong to the point of bruising. Lol In a good way. It's our little joke and of course his big belief in "BREATH." With time passing by and seeing him pretty much exclusively, I've felt so much better with my shoulder and for the first time in the last 14 years he's done wonders for my already chronic back and neck pain plus improved and actually helped me living with arthritis! I had the chance to have a massage done as a gift from work for Orenco Wellness Center. I was very impressed by the outgoing and personable office staff. They were kind and helpful as I expressed that I was interested in the types of massages that they offer so that I could chose what would fit me best. I scheduled my appointment with Sarah and she made it a point to make me feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and the ambiance was perfect. I found myself melting into the table as I became more and more relaxed from Sarah's amazing massage. My experience has left me wanting to return Orenco Wellness Center as a permanent client. I know I will recommend Orenco Wellness Center to all my friends, family, and co-workers as I am absolutely certain they will find it to be just as amazing of an experience as I did. I have been receiving massage therapy from Zetts for a number of months now. I currently work at a company that has Zetts on site twice a week, and I schedule an appointment whenever possible. My job requires me to clench my hands tightly and I often find myself leaning over and compressing my back/spine at my desk all day. Lazette and Andrew have helped my chronic pain immensely, as well as given me specifically tailored exercises/stretches to do during my workday. They have also advised me how I might work more ergonomically, and the combination has been invaluable. The lady is crazy, and she can never keep her staff around for long. She may be decent herself, but many of her therapists are right out of school and are not the best. When she does have a decent therapist she freaks them out with crazy and unpredictable behaviors. I tried to get records from here once to give to a doctor and I had to ask multiple times to her office staff and never got them. I can only hope that the new therapist there that are decent will stay around. A Note, if you want your appointment on time, don't book with lazette she is always late. read more

Wow! This is the best wellness center I've been to. It's amazing that you can get your massage paid for by your health insurance here. It is a very clean establishment and has a calm, relaxing ambience. The therapists here are lovely, professional and make you feel comfortable right as you walk through the door. I've been working out a lot and had knots in my legs and shoulders before coming here; after my massage with Miciah I feel loose and energized again! I recently visited Lazette Harnisch at Zettz Massage in Hillsboro. I have had a few massages in the past so I didn't know what to expect from a Thai Massage. Wow, was I impressed. Lazette worked all of my muscles and by the time I was done, I was completely stretched out. I run quite a bit so normally some of my muscles take awhile to stretch out. My experience here has been amazing! I have been for about 8 massages now and always feel so much better afterwards.
